its arcade. welcome to reality. if you play a bigger dude, i highly suggest playing on the 2p side. ive played large people on those cabinets with no problems, and im not a small guy. i think the problem is people are so spoiled these days. if i can play on a small ass japanese impress cabinet with cigarbob with no problems, im sure others can.
as for the console suggestion. definitely not happening. granted, yes, cvs2, and 3S on ps2 are damn good ports, they are still slightly faster than their arcade counterparts. having to adjust on the speeds back and forth on the fly is not acceptable. i appreciate the suggestion, however.
