The weird thing though is the logic of looking soft, when youre the one with the gun. Like, if you have a gun, softness or hardness doesnt even fucking matter, and even when he showed you how “soft” he was as he pleaded for his life, it didnt even matter.
Hardness or softness only matters in porn and fist fights. But i mean, we’re talking about some dudes who thought a guy walking his dog was going to randomly have something on him they can rob, other than his dog chain and some grocery store reciepts.
I wonder if they were even from that neighborhood also. I dont know how that area is setup. Too bad america doesnt have a revenge policy for cases like this. If that shit happened to a family member, i would love to be able to legally bathe in their killers blood, as i beat the living shit out of them with my weapon of choice. I’d want it to be a surprise too, just like how they did this guy. Surprise, the judge said i can beat you to death, knees shattered, put a cig out in your eye, and then go to work.
But that violent fantasy is not a reality. In this world, when bad people do horrendous things to seemingly decent people, we can only hold that L, even if they get caught, and just work through that shit.
Like movies like the purge are generalizing the shit too much. There needs to be a day to just purge the prisons of true pieces of shit. Not that person born in the hood, and killed someone over some drug or gang shit that they were both participating in. I’m talking about the idiots like the dude who shot this guy, the serial rapist, serial killers, murderous psychos with no remorse and or reason for what they did. Just put them in the gladiator pit to get demolished once every 5 years or so.
I like this idea. Lets take it one step further though: why don’t we just bomb the hell out of poor neighborhoods since that’s where most of the criminals in prison come from? Let’s not even bother 'til it turns into jam, go straight for the strawberries.
The facts of today is just what i have been saying in past threads and you’ve been claiming them as false. Everybody feels unsafe walking the streets of Harlem, Camden, East St louis, south parts of the bronx, parts of brooklyn… the high crime areas are dominantly [you guessed it] areas. But yes, arresting (or casting blame on an additional satistic) is racism.
Except he’s statistically correct. Compare the rate of gun crime in the USA with gun crime in the UK where basically guns are illegal for civilians. YES criminals will always find a way to get guns but not in anywhere near the numbers that the US has. Even countries with relatively tight gun laws can have bad gun crime just because they ate near or border a state that has loose gun laws: case in point México getting their guns in Texas.
More directly on topic the sad thing for me other than the obvious tragic death is that an underprivileged kid with mental health issues, off his Meds and probably with a further anti social disorder will get convicted as an adult and get a huge life destroying but rape sentence.
Seriously, unless someone’s 18 they are NOT an adult
Parents, race, religion etc, nobody even mentioning society or demographic? This reminds me of prison. You become a bitch and everybody fucks you, you protect yourself and you go to the hole. Is there even a right way to do things? We all know there is a right way, but how can it be expected from people when the governing forces never even tried doing the right thing? Not saying this was right, but this isn’t any more wrong than any of the other wrong doings happening all the fucking time.
Compared to what Americans are doing to people in other countries this ain’t shit, it’s pretty much the least you should be expecting as american with the government and wars you people are supporting.
I don’t get the whole “they’ll get guns anyways, so making illegal is pointless.” Apply this to pretty much anything else. Is requiring driver’s license pointless? Is having speed limit signs pointless? Is age requirement for alcohol pointless? People speed, drive, and get alcohol anyways. But having these things do deter people.
Back to the kids - how do you know that the kid has mental health issues? It doesn’t say that anywhere.
