Kamusta naman po laro ni DOC dyan sa iloilo? kilala rin po ako ni DOC. Friend nga po sya ni Anakaris kasi they usually play in SM Manila pero minsan ko lang ko makalaban si doc kasi minsan lang po me sa SM Manila. Mas madalas pa po ako sa SM makati rather than SM manila.
Tagal na rin akong di nakapunta sa Davao. Di na ako masyadong nakakalaro ng Marvel (may work na) but if I’m ever in the area I might start relearning it again.
Saan may magandang Marvel cabs don? Diba may nasirang bridge last year- maayos na ba? :woot:
You can try to pass by at G-Mall (Gaisano Mall). But I doubt you won’t find anyone playing there except for me :amazed:. As of now, all the remaining top players in our area only play at NCCC Mall (They have Good Cabs, just takes a lot of getting used to). They don’t really play that much anymore, but hey… if you’re in the area, they’re just a text away.
Aside from MvC2, what other fighting games do they have a scene for in Davao?
If you count around 6people playing mvc2 as part of the scene, then mvc2, tekkenDR and tekken6. That’s about it.
I see. actually ung bahay ni lola ko is just infront of sm makati so b4 i go to megamol or someplace else…punta ko muna diyan kapag may players.

anyways, just to give some details about the tourney:
it was a round roubin game. a total of 149 games including finals.
all games in a best of 3 bout of 3 rounders…
alot of characters were used:
alex, dudley, chunli, ibuki, ken, yang, yun, Q, hugo, makoto, ryu, ELENA, urien.

Hey guys, I will be in Manila from september 12th to October 1st. Just a heads up since I didn’t handle my trip last time and didn’t get to get any good games in when I was there a few years ago, because I didn’t think to ask on SRK…as an American I think “Asia” and assume I’ll be in fighting game heaven, but last time I only pretty much saw SvC and a few Tekken: DR machines. :sad:
Wondering if anyone has an interest in ST on Dreamcast, should I bring some sticks? ST is my main game and I am pretty decent at it. There aren’t any ST machines in metro manila are there? Hopefully by September Tatsunoku v. Capcom is out.
Also, this is a long shot but are any filipinos going to evo?

Do you play marvel vs. capcom 2? Coz if you do, i could meet you coz thats the only game i play right now.There are still ST machines here, but it’s quite rare.
And all the ST players have moved on I think. 
I don’t play marvel, sorry.
If you want though, we could just play st with some of the people that I know that still plays ST. There’s a guy here who makes stick and plays games… juts tell us when you want it.
Tight, I’ll be there between the 12th of september and first of october. Hopefully there are new games out by then so that we’re all on equal ground in terms of suckiness. Probably I will be busy until the 19th or so but after then I could do an ST day sometime!
