Anything that suggests this could be a particularly good fighting game?

Game seems fast enough that it won’t be boring. Combos are short and damaging, long combos will kill you but require like all your meter, sooooooo…

Sadly I missed Persona, and since the PS3 removed backwards compatibility looks like I never will.
Persona 3 is up on the PSN store I believe.

So, how many of you are getting this for the PS3? I’m planning on it, but I’m not sure at this point. And I’m getting through P4 before the game hits stores. Already 40 hours in and I love the hell out of it.

Story Mode/Menu images for the console version of the game are up, overall the console version of the game is looking pretty damn beefy in content so far. The art look pretty great too.
Now all I hope for is for there to be gag endings…

Getting both. Cuz I love Atlus. Got friends playing on both systems. So naturally I have to hand out those Chie dragon kicks to all platforms.
I don’t really play fighting games, but I am all hype for this one. Persona is one of my favorite series of games, so I am going to be all over this one…

Welp, already preordered for the PS3, mostly because my brother stole the 360 from me and will refuse to give it back until eternity. Oh, well. At least I get to play the hell out of P4A.
Also, just made Yukiko my girlfriend in P4, which will likely mean I’ll main her in P4A. Oh, and probably Yosuke, just because he’s Yosuke. Don’t know if that made a lick of sense.
I kind of refuse to play the story mode until I play Persona 4, which means I’m wating until they bring Persona 4 The Golden over here.
