I really think Elizabeth is going to turn out to be S Tier. Her normals are more or less sword normals with the range they cover. And the amount of tools that she has is insane. Though, it’s still early in the game’s life and when the console version comes out, there’s bound to be some changes here and there.
that’s what everyone said when they hyped Strange in UMvC3, and look how he turned out. I won’t deny that the number of tools a character has at his/her disposal is a good thing, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they will make the character as dominant as Zero, for example. I’d let the character develop first before anyone says anything about her tier placement.
No doubt, it’s still too early for tiers seeing how the game has been out for a month. (Elizabeth has only been out for like 5 days) But we can always hope. >.>
The NA release can’t come soon enough.
At the very least I don’t think she’s gonna be as bad as originally expected. Putting someone into fear and paralysis in one combo is no joke at all.
Although it would be interesting to see how she does once everyone gets accustomed to Thanatos’ command grab (5D?) because as of right now everyone’s getting hit by it all day.

Yeah, they’re supposed to be throwing in a lot more content for the console version. If BlazBlue is any indication, I’m very ready for this release. Blazblue has one of the best storymodes I’ve seen in fighting games, Mortak Kombat 9 coming in second. No slouch.
