I wouldn’t doubt the English VO would return for the console release.
P4 VOs were great but no for a fighting game

Honestly? Not so much, in my opinion. Unlike perhaps ASW, Atlus doesn’t have that much reason to care about an arcade scene, because they know where the majority of their projected audience for this game stands to be (the console market).
In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised that if it weren’t for ASW pushing for such, this might have been a straight-to-console deal.
It seems Yukiko has her own subsystem, judging from the “Lv. 0” icon above her super meter.
EDIT: At 1:08, the MC has 6 bars for a super meter.
Yeah, in one of the screenshots before the trailer came out they showed him with 150 meter.

Quite the trailer. Impressed! The game’s presentation is really true to the Persona series. Some of that gameplay looks Carl-like, which is okay with me, but it doesn’t seem as Jojo-ish as I’d have liked. Still hyped for more!
It kind of worries me when companies make moves like that.
SBX did basically the same exact move, and due to the console announcement as soon as the game was being developed, Arcade sales did poorly even tho the price was cheap (well, not THAT cheap). But yeah, you may be right about Atlus not really caring too much about the arcade sales.
However, for the quality of the game… well… let’s just say that Persona 4’s animations on the trailer is looking similar to that of SBX 
I played the undubbed version so I hope they keep the option for Jp voices. I always loved Kuma’s JP voice.

Well from the trailer, we’ve only seen on ‘Carl-like’ character. Hopefully this means that not everyone plays that way.
