I have mild white passing privilege, and it’s always annoying at airports when as soon as the security people see my peruvian passport, they body scan/search me, swab my backpack and check my hair and shoes for cocaine…while the entire line of americans/canadians just walk through. The hypocrisy of this bullshit has always pissed me off. More than half of all torontonians snort coke like fucking crazy, and it’s the same on the west coast I’m told. Everyone should be checked…
