I’m gonna be in Pensicola from July to September-ish for Navy tech school. I mostly play GGAC, KOFXIII and I will be playing VF5:FS when it comes out, but I’m down to play anything as long as there’s people to play with.

Crestview FL, yeah I’m in the sticks. Still up for games though. All versions of SF4, 3so, alpha 1,2,3, all KOF pre 2k2, and all SF2 games (all on my laptop).

Going to be starting a Gulf Breeze weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly tournament soon (not sure which yet). Are there any games that people are interested in seeing besides UMvC3? Just curious to see if we could get a turnout for anything else…

I already have a venue lined up and I’m working on the details. Will have a stream as well.

Thanks Cowman - I appreciate your willingness to help out. As soon as I finalize everything I will see if I need any help with additional equipment. The location has about 4-5 stations already that could be used for casuals. However, they are on big HDTVs so there may be a lag issue. During the tournament I was planning to bring a few setups to run the tournament matches on and possibly donate a CRT.

I am interested in including SSF4, SFxT, or Skullgirls. If enough interest is shown, I will definitely want to include them. Also depends on the frequency of this tournament as well. For example, if its a weekly we will probably only have two games max, bi-weekly max 3, or monthly could be more. Let’s see if we can get anymore SRKers to post about any of the games. The first one will probably be about 2-3 weeks after I finalize everything, which should be soon.

Oh and while I am not against some Golden Eye N64, this is strictly going to be a fighting game regular with a focus on UMvC3. However, if things go well I’m sure we can throw it in there for fun. I’ve put in mad hours, lol.

Thanks for your input. As for MK9, the venue I am going to be hosting this at is already running some kind of MK tournament, I will see if I can get some details about it for you.

Hi GreenAce, we are about 7 hours away from Orlando… decently far drive, but if I can get this tournament going regularly we would love to see your guys come out. I got a chance to play Flocker, Pain, and a few others from your area during CEO Winterfest but you had left after the tournament so I didn’t get to meet you. Any chance we can meet up at CEO and run some UMvC3? I should have my whole crew coming this time.

Wow I didn’t know you guys lived by the panhandle. That is pretty far. And yeah I had to leave that day, unlike those bums I got a job lol.

I’ll be at the next two CEO’S coming up, so we can get some games in there, and I can show off that new trish tech =p
