Ok, apparently he gave it to someone who is giving it to someone who was talking to Mike Z. So they are shipping it back. He dropped it off at their place and it’s out of his hands. As long as Peter can go ahead and clarify this then we’re good.

I will say that I’m surprised how many people are coming to the dude’s defense on FB and the like - they think a public shaming is going too far for a company. But we ran this by everyone and by Autumn, and they thought it was a good idea. Hell, I feel like we did the FGC a service by ID’ing a scumbag so he can’t do it again.

- He promises to return it (so apparently evidence is sufficient that he can’t just say “NO I DIDN’T DO IT!!”?)
- He cancels the promise (is he really really dumb?)
- RL still doesn’t contact the police and instead goes the public shame way (uuh?)
- He actually reacts to that and promises to return the stick again (what??)
… I’m so confused …
Also remember how Reverge Labs might look if this going out of hand, like instead being dispensers of truthful justice they might now be perceived as wrathful avatars of unmerciful public executions.
