Sweet, I got the same settings and shit. Asus laptop, just got it.
No unless you’re a robot, 30-60 fps is fine. 60 is the smoothest (and your eyes can’t see smoother). at around 20 is when you start getting really noticeable choppiness enough to effect gameplay. 30-50 doesn’t look choppy but it just doesn’t look as smooth as 60 fps. Not a big deal.

Prolly gonna play the game at pretty high settings, not gonna turn the AA much if any
I mean for this game, have you gotten under 60 FPS? For example around 30-40 the game is much slower and you can’t play like that. The speed reduces as the FPS goes down.
links dont work.
Everything is on high and Anisotropic Filtering is set to x16. Anti-Aliasing would crash at any setting I chose. I think it’s a bug with Windows 7 Ultimate RC and the video driver. Seems no one else was having this problem but me.

I got 8800gt, vista x64. AA setting crashes on 2x, 4x, 8x, but not on c8x or c16x.
Yeah, looks like both links have gone down thanks to us. I was 20% through when it went down
Download still going strong.
Thanks for the info! I was able to do it at c16x and it looks
Those settings got me a C rating. Lowering the model quality to medium got an A rating.
holy crap!! that’s nuts 12gb of memory? WTF??!!?!?!
My laptop is close to that as well, but I want to try the benchmark at 720 lines instead of 900. I’m sure my desktop will be fine 2 HD3870s in crossfire. I want this for my laptop and it to be playable.
So i’m guessing it’d be perfect to play on my computers.
The games clock is not directly related to the FPS. for example, i getting 73 average , the game is not actually moving faster than say someone’s who was running at 30 fps; my graphics are just being displayed at a faster rate.
Mirrors, please.
updating my drivers did wonders for my fps on max.
this is all max settings, v-sync off.

also took some screenshots of the new graphics options
