No, that is not the game running in the background. Is there anything I should be doing?

^ I noticed that your window doesn’t have the Steam logo on it. Are you running the Steam version of the game and do you have the Steam unlocker to go with it?
Try running the game first, and then once you’re on the main menu, run the unlocker and then press the unlock buttons. See if that works.
Hah! gave me the colors you get for having a SF4 save! Just wish I could use my SF4 costume packs i had. damn it Capcom
This resolved the issue. I didn’t know by design that the game had to be running in order for the unlocker to work. Thank you for your advice.
Just a request for the author. Would it be difficult to add an option to only unlock the 11&12 colors so it won’t impact the achievements like the current unlocker options do? I don’t wanna risk messing with those. I’m only looking to get the 11&12 colors Capcom neglected to allow a means to earn.

I dont understand. There is no color #12… sadly, unless they patch it in later.
But for color #11, its a renderer. In the option you set it to “Ink” tahdah.

Uh… There absolutely IS a color #12, and it’s available by default for Yun, Yang, Oni and Evil Ryu, and for everyone else with the unlocker.
I wonder, would the DLC costumes have a color 12 too? I really like that crosshatched look.

The 11 and 12 colors are a shader, so they probably will.
The “First option unlocking also titles” has been fixed in the Steam release.
It will be fixed in the future release for Retail (after the patch) too.
The first option unlocks colours and taunts for every character, and that shouldn’t impact achievements.
Hi thanks, but I think there is one for unlocking all the colors for all 35 characters. If I’m not mistaken, this is it:
"Fashion Plate 10
Even a top rate fighter needs to coordinate properly! You gotta get all of the Colors first!
You must unlock colors 3-10 for ALL 35 Characters. Colors are unlocked after playing matches in Arcade, Versus or Online. You can quit out after the matches start against the CPU to get these faster. The achievement will not pop during a match - you have to go back out to the menu to get it."
I appreciate the hard work and if there’s any way to just single out the bonus colors without triggering any achievements, that would be a great option. I tried this on a dummy pc account, and I think using all the unlocks popped 4. Going by memory though.
i really want those ex titles. anyone know the conditions on how to get them?

Eset says this is a trojan type virus, hacktool. So i cant use it, dammit! I need to play many hours with characters i dont so much like, thanks Capcom.

It locks the file, so that is why i cant use it. I used the unlocker for Vanilla SF4 as well, worked like a charm. Thanks for the tip.
