There is a shoryuken steam group but I don’t think it will do much good since this thing uses Windows Live for matches and stuff.
Tons of people probably bought it off of Steam, you’d think that would be the primary method of getting the game. If the group is big and active enough, it would work fine. You can also just add a shortcut in the Steam library to get the Steam overlay in-game for non-Steam versions.
