US and Canada mostly(I am in eastern US), ive also played long sessions with people in europe and south america(brazil), they vary more but depending on the player some are solid connections.
Which I find quite interesting. I played several US players on PC, the connection was surprisingly good. If i play any US on console version it’d always lag like hell…
PC Netcode is great, havent had many issues at all since July and Ive played literally thousands of games.

I second this, but I think yagami777 is Korea. Also, Mouhappai has swapped Asuka’s spot for Julia, his team is now Chun Li/Julia.

These girls are untouchable together and they have great punish.
Will08 here on the forum puts in work with that team. They are disgustingly safe and cover a lot of range right now. I don’t think Ver.2013 changes for Julia’s back dash will matter THAT much but she’s just too good side by side with Chun.
Both have damage, range, high and low mix ups, along with mobility.
Chun Li fares pretty weak in damage and high/low mix up potential as far as I know… Her LK Hazanshu doesn’t even hit high like it did in AE. I guess Julia covers up for Chun’s weaknesses, but I’ll admit, their awesome range with footsies is lol.
Yes, I think he’s Korean. The first time I fought him the first time he’s using a Japanese flag, then after a month or so his flag became Korean. He has a lot of teams, although he only used female characters much like you. I am yet to see him use a male fighter in this game. 
I have seriously considered Vega (Claw) the only man with my Chun Li before, they seem like they could be such a cute couple if it wasn’t for Bison (Dictator) who sent him to assassinate her. Am I sick for thinking that? lol
Anyway, Yagami777 has one of the best connections for me, only slight tiny hiccups in 1/5 matches or so. Too bad he’s just too good for me. /_\
