Oh, the build is OD already, I’m running wrath with generosity and have 90% minion damage from nodes, 5 link raging spirits with spell echo, minion damage, melee spash and increased duration, the skulls pretty much rape everything in site, Beyond mobs or whatever. I just really don’t wanna farm felshrine for 5-7 levels lol.
Why are you farming fellshrine?
At around level 60 on my non-SRS summoner I was already at Dominus and solo-killed him on merciless. At 62 I was already doing lvl 66-71 maps. I think @Manx joined me for a couple runs.

pretty sure there are VERY FEW people in HC who do dom at lvl 60 in new leagues let alone farm…actually i would be surprised if anyone is farming dom at all at that lvl in HC. sounds like he’s playing hc, since he mentioned beyond. that being said you can get to sarn at 59-60 and skip fellshrine all together. additionally crypt is better than fellshrine because of the higher level (if you are afraid to progress past vaal without being higher level).
my lvl 85 summoner ripped last night in HC to the flameblast exile. that dude’s cast speed is insane im pretty sure it’s more than vaal haste cast speed, insane shit.

For HC, Fellshrine is much safer than Crypt, for my builds anyways.
Sorry to hear about your loss on HC, that Flameblast exile has Fast Cast linked and Increased Area of Effect. First char I made I got a ton of area nodes and cast then linked cast and area gems and when the area is that huge, the flameblast circle expands extremely fast, though I still lowered the area for more damage using concentrated effect gem. Plus I had varnished top with area increase. Also had EB, MoM, IR, and Arctic Armor.
That exile is OP though. I was doing some random map and he showed up out of nowhere but I was able to run out by my instant reflex to hit my quicksilver pot that I rolled perfect move speed on, which is faster than my setup with lightning warp with reduced duration gem.
This game really needs a flask or skill that will make you invincible for like .4-.9 seconds just like DF had ex-crouch and when I leveled it to .6 seconds I could “CvS2 roll cancel” through some instant kill shit.

^ I found one of these the other day. I found a Rat’s Nest too, and I picked up a cheap Meginord’s belt for 5c and now have my Ranger alt up and running again.

^ I’m going to use a pierce gem+I’m going to pick up a bunch of +pierce chance nodes. I’m going to get like a 100%+ free damage because of this quiver. I also found out +projectile damage not only adds to your physical damage, but to your elemental damage as well. Pretty badass. Edit: Turns out once you hit a 100% chance to pierce you don’t get a bonus from it anymore. That sucks, but the damage boost still seems pretty crazy.
100% pierce+tornado shot or split arrow should be fun times.

One of the things I like about GGG is that for PoE the wording is exact. When they say more damage, it means more damage, when they say more physical attack damage, that means only for physical and only for attacks. This is why I like minion damage gem. By the way, that arrow has increased and not more, so it adds and not multiplies the damage. Bows like Chin have a more modifier. Right now the character I like most is my hybrid summoner that’s focusing on aura, minion, life/regen, and projectile nodes. Both slightly weaker than if I go all in into one build, but having a strong attack and being backed by minions same time is nice. Also, when I play SRS summoner, I have to spam SRS and ES doesn’t recover during cast and can’t leech life/mana with SRS. As for tornado shot, it was mad op when the tornado stayed but they fixed the glitch I believe.
I don’t know why but this game lags hard for me, it didn’t happen mid-August and before then. I have a policy that I don’t connect my other laptops to this network and keep business and work laptops completely separate from personal and gaming laptops. I’m going to have to buy another laptop for personal use so I could play PoE. Hopefully black Friday and/or cyber Monday will have something nice. I’m going to get off for this upcoming Thursday and Friday and can be on more.

Which current skills should I refund, and which paths should I focus on building next? As it currently stands, my character has abysmally low HP; 1,400~ HP. I also have very poor elemental resistances. Damage output shouldn’t be a problem, until I near the end game, but I can deal with that later down the road.

do any of you ziggans have 20+ regret orbs on hand? I have an exalted or blessed orb I can part with.
20+ regrets in addition to all the passive refund points the game gives out is basically a new character. I suggest making a new character. If you have gear you can do 1-70 in a day.
I was thinking of getting regrets to refund passives but I’m happy I didn’t and made a new character instead. I tested my new build and while it’s much easier to play, my main is more op and I’m going to still main it.

That’s pretty unhelpful advice, considering I don’t have enough knowledge of the game to boost that much, nor do I reall have any free time to do so.
I don’t have 20 regret orbs to answer your question, even after leveling both characters past 70. 20 regret orbs is A LOT for someone who plays legit without trading with people who bot/dupe. I was in the same position as you before I made my second character.
I have answers for you but it would take to much time that im willing to spend to explain (in writing) changes in the tree i would recommend. if you want i can explain it to you over my stream, i dont want to spend an hour thinking and typing it out when i can verbally explain it to you in 5-10 min. i’ll be streaming this weekend if you are interested.
