I’m just going to leave this here before this thread is closed.
We are a small, niche community despite what we may project. There aren’t many shops who cater to us and I’m not aware of any of them who staff more than an employee or two. We are impatient and we are unfortunately cheap. Don’t believe me? Try selling a thing or two in the Trading Outlet for a taste of what these people have to deal with.
When you make a thread like this you are complaining about Bryan - who is constantly out on a limb developing new products at his expense, is the sole US vendor for many products he sells, and is the guy who tosses a candy or two along with you order. People are going to get defensive.
The alternative, which you may not be aware of is ordering from Japanese vendors where the turnaround time can be 2 or 3 weeks.
