That plus I got killed with people out of town and having to cover extra hospital shifts! Good news, I’m on a staycation for the next 8 days so let’s get some products out there!
OK, here’s the scoop…
Pearl tops, in, I am waiting for the shafts to launch the full RGB tops. The will look almost identical to the electric ice tops.
Shafts should be in any day for JLF’s, Happ, and IL joysticks for RGB tops
Paradise Blues are being reordered with a few new colors, a darker green and possible crimson
Clear button plungers, octagon gates and circle gates are due in any day…
pre-wired LEDs are due in next week so you can build your own led stick with style and grace 
silent JLF harnesses are supposed to be arriving soon but I haven’t received an update so I’m betting end of next week, the beginning of the next…
Orders… yes Susan has fallen behind, a little, everything should be almost caught up.
My next 8 days is to get these products up, get our store integrated and implement a new order processing system that should be much more interactive and update people automatically on order status. It will also track stock between all three stores more accurately which will save a lot of time on updating stock.

I work up to 30 hours call shifts so it is not uncommon for me to miss or forget to tell Susan about a forum post so she can remedy an order. If there is an issue there then email me at bryan@paradisearcadeshop.com It’s just much much easier to answer specific order questions there. General store questions are great here, just someone let me know by email if I disappear for few months again, maybe the dog ate my computer!
Just posting here as a last resort in hopes that I may eventually get a response from Bryan.
Placed an order (#002824) on Feb. 20th and it was shipped on the 22nd. I did receive an email notification when it was shipped, but I did not get the followup email with tracking information. I still have not received my package and was wondering if there was anything you could do to help me out in regards to helping me locate this order.
Also, at the time of ordering, I was not aware that the LS-32 Zippy upgrade kit would not fit the Sanwa JLF (sound like a given, I know.) When/If my package does arrive, would it be possible to exchange the switch kit for the appropriate 20g microswitches?
Sorry, never saw an email. Your order shows as shipped on the 22nd, of Feb, if you don’t have it then it’s probably lost.
We’ll get another out tomorrow with the 20 gram switches. If the first package arrives at some point just refuse it, you should have the second Sat or Mon. with the correct micros. We’ll file the claim with USPS, 2 weeks for priority is refundable, and hopefully recoverable!
On a brighter note…
Susan just forgot to mention the RGB LED lights for 24mm buttons came in…oops We also have a new style, no mods needed for 30mm buttons we will be trying out. The new style works on all 1 1/8 and 30mm button and doesn’t require any modifications of the button.
RGB shafts for JLFs are on the way. Silent mod harnesses ship Friday(don’t ask, I can’t figure out why they didn’t ship last Friday). New LED’s on wires ship Friday, to make wiring leds that much easier. And finally… Starting some time next week we will be clearing out some led buttons with rgb leds for very very attractive pricing. We will announce the button and the LED style when we have them both in hand, but we have a few hundred old style RGB LED’s and we wanted to clear them out!

Weird. Two emails were sent. One from the contact form on the site and another directly to you. Thank you for sending another package out. I will definitely refuse and send the first back if it ever makes it my way.
Also, LED mods. I’ve been meaning to look into a solution for my 24mm, and an insert for 30mm buttons that doesn’t require any modifications? Sounds exciting. Will these fit all 30 buttons?
Very odd… I will check the spam filters, you emailed armi0024??? Either way, we’ll get it out… here’s a teaser, now remember these are first prototypes, workable but there are some design flaws to work out before final larger production… The 24 mm will probably be shortened before final production runs and we will be including a piece of shrink wrap to apply after so that the buttons look very clean. A little trick from a friend on BYOAC.
The nice thing about these is all .100 headers and if you look, there are headers before and after the resistors, so you can use different styles of light controllers.
Oh and for those of you that use multiple types of buttons… these will work on 30mm snap in, 30mm screw in, Sanwa, Seimitsu… Even iL, the Chinese LED buttons, GGG’s buttons, pretty much any 1 1/8 or 30mm button, as the Hawaiians say, “Can do all kine”

Would that be a teaser? give me a week… these were specifically designed for the other toy coming next week… Turns our with clear tops leds in the bottom can be too bright, but if you side light…Muahahaha (I know even Bryan Tekken laugh, but go with it, we have SF X Tekken coming out!)

Just wanted to say I had a good experience with my first order. They were kind enough to refund me part of the shipping since it had been overestimated.
I’m really really going to need one of those glowing pink pearl balltops. That is just way too cool.
Got the second package you sent out to me, but I was sent Cherrys instead of the 20g Zippys. It’s not a big deal right now, but I’m still curious about how they sound and feel. I may place another order for them within the coming months. Thanks again, Bryan, for sending out another package.
Do you still carry those pearl tops? I can’t find them on the site and I really need a couple.
They are whisper quiet. I just put a bunch in a stick I’m building. Can barely hear the seimitsu stick and the Xenox buttons.
We have 50 pearls in stock that we will be releasing next week…

You need a specialty bat top, specifically the LB-30N with an adapter.
When are these coming out, and are they going to be a solderless LED install?
