Probably a power issue, it’s not getting enough for whatever reason. Perhaps as you draw more power from the PCB as you use more inputs or so. How about bypassing the PCB and wire direct to the USB cable for power?
I had one of my pele’s burn out, but I think they were DOA in the first place.
I noticed too that some of the connector harnesses had loose/wobbly crimps even when installed. causing some strange behavior obviously. as for power, I have 12 button LEDs in the chain, mixture of Kaimana J’s (4) PELE’s (6) and retro fitted UILA’s (2) (using the converter boards), and I don’t notice any power issues, I had my vcc straight from the USB cables, and I’ve done most of my testing on PC and X360.
I am pming you both, need to know which LEDs you are using etc.
The LED that burned out had was assigned only one color (Red), so it was pretty noticeable for a dimmer button with one LED not appearing.
Interesting that I’m getting this when i have less LEDs…

Guess I got the wrong pads for my buttons, even though the ones I have still work great. They’re cheap enough I’ll just get extra of both. Also is the Kiamana still on plan for the Oct 15 release.

Paradise Has More Balls! Seriously!
Susan made some suggestions based on led lighting and input from customers and the result looks great.
We also requested the inserts be done with a hollow instead of capped insert to facilitate led lighting. But for those who have ordered from us before, you know a simple note in the order and Susan will drill your balls… That didn’t sound great.
We are really excited about the timing with the Kaimana controller coming out. Susan will be putting together some videos showing different led lighting in these balls. Because led lights are very monochromatic, you can create some amazing effects.
Wait you mean it isn’t normal to love having your balls drilled??
Which buttons do you have and which pads did you buy?

I am currently using PS-14-KN and I got the little kahuna pads.
Yellow, if you want to swap we’d be happy to, but most people are loving the littles in the kn’s
They do work great and I am fine with them. I knew that the kn’s used the g-series switch but it didn’t occur to me that would change pad used for it. When the Kiamana releases I plan on getting extra of both.
Post some pics of the pads in your buttons, I think people will be stunned at how well these work. And, they are 100% led compatible!
They fit perfectly in kn buttons, which is why I was surprised to see Moonchilde’s post. I am away from home until Sunday so I can’t even take pics.
Moonchilde is so picky with this stuff which is great, great tester and developer. It’s not good enough unless its perfect.
I don’t think people understand how slick these are. These take a whole new approach to silencing buttons. Despite some claims, from our testing (we tested circles with tabs) you can not silence some Seimitsu buttons with a first generation foam washer that sits in the bottom of the button.

Bryan is already talking sale on these! I’m like…honey, they aren’t even on sale yet… “Well let’s do led’s, balltops and hollow shaft sets!” Does it ever stop?? NO, I can honestly say. We will have pricing and product arrival information for you all this next week. Their is also talk of clear balltops with mesh overlay, they look sweet! We were sent some samples to evaluate and give feedback on…these are going to be sick!
Pnoy-I did test all the Pele rings before they went out…did you get it to work?
