They sorta just do on my seimitsus. Snapped em on and turned em upside down without gravity taking them down. I might glue them when I finish my entire set up to make them permanent but currently they just sit on the buttons and donāt move unless I tug. I mashed on my buttons and tested them out, then opened my stick up again to take some pics (coming soon ) but they didnāt budge.
Both⦠i guess? On the board if you trace the pins from the board to a Kaimana J The left most is Data, the left middle is Ground, and the right 2 are VCC
Pics are up, videos coming soon! (Sorry for phone pics)
-note the color scheme is to complement the button art and is not the original colors-
I mounted the PCB on the metal panel of the TE-S with some of PASās jamma board feet hot glued to the bottom. This method works and fits well but you have to slide the panel back at an angle.
I used the ribbon cable going originally to the TE Distro Board and soldered them to the kaimana on the bottom. Then I used the screw terminals to wire up my buttons. Because I donāt have a hollow joystick shaft (Sadly LS-56ās have none ) I only have the 8 buttons wired up. Iām trying to think of a way to light up the start and select with the Peleās but the shell getās in the way so I might have to dremel a bit. Right now with the current code the buttons only light up upon press. I also might have a clue what the easter egg is but Iām not entirely sure about it⦠Itāll be with my videos I will post soon. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!
Thanks! The mount is nice but putting the panel back on is a little weird due to the positioning of the board and the PCB feet. It does go down but I have to play a bit of tetris to fit it right.
Now to start coding⦠and I donāt know where to startā¦
The entire thing is gone. Start page is empty and earlier when I tried to load it there was various messages on the top of the page. However if you look at the old revisions you can view some of the previous versions
@WOOP MstR FresH is hot gluing the js to the buttons wise? What if you have a problem with one of the buttons later and have to replace it? Just a thought but I may be jumping the gun. Also looks like you have put the board on top of a PS360+. did you have any problem doing that?
