WOOP Susan is taking care of you there
Slaycruz, pm sent back,
Have patience a day or two, my hospital hours jumped for the last two days, and orders are moving. Susan has two temp help people coming in today and tomorrow to get everything done.

Great customer service yesterday. Really appreciate the effort put in in

Had an issue yesterday too and was quickly helped. Gotta hand it to y’all.

Good to hear guys, all credit is Susan’s I have had some last minute emergencies and have not been a great help. Good news is that 360s are in and sanwa seimitsu restock arrives so we are packing like crazy and well stocked!

We decided to include our new actuators with the silent sticks because of concerns about hitting diagonals and I thought I would do a run down of the Paradise Silent Stick vs Sanwa

(Shoryuken isn’t letting me post pictures directly so here are links to the two harnesses)
Sanwa above, Paradise below

So the Paradise stick offers the same things as Sanwa plus 2 extra restrictor plates and aluminum actutors in two sizes for 20-30 dollars less. Now I know we don’t include a shaft cover… but for another 2.95 you can add one to your order and pick any color you want!

We are waiting for a restock of D2RVGs that should be here in 6-10 business days.

Fantastic!!!

Fantastic!!!

Just got my aluminium bat top and I love it, particularly since the shape is a bit different from the sanwa bat top and it doesn’t require an adapter to fit the JLF shaft. The only downside is that it doesn’t seem to work with the Link as the wider shaft hits against the bottom of the bat top when attempting removal. That doesn’t, however, detract from the prettiness!

i placed an order on thurday 27th was hoping to change something. now that you have blue ps14 k i would like to get those and the blue aluminum bat top instead of the red ones i ordered. this is for order # 005295.

i would also like to query the price of the 2 restrictor gate inserts on this order that should have been $1 each because i also ordered a jlf, but i was charged $2.95 each.

lastly could you please give an idea when my order is going to ship

Teleute, glad you like it! I will take this opportunity to announce the Paradise Twist. This will be released in 2-3 weeks for the JLF and LS-32. Full systems will be available for 15. However, we will also be selling the pieces… why does this matter? With this system there will be a few different lengths for each joystick done. These will be stocked with full systems and then rods with tops of different lengths, so you can change the height of your joystick by just changing the top.

Emmerson, I shot an email back. Playing a bit of holiday catch up, but we should be able to accomodate your request. I’m glad our restock came!

Cool. I had a feeling something like this was coming based on previous posts. Definitely looking forward to the different lengths, the ability to use shaft covers, and (judging from the smaller diameter) the ability to use the aluminum ball tops.

JLF is done and quoted, ls32, and ls56 sticks will be done soon!

How does it disconnect? Any word on the LS-56 springs?

Are you out of stock on LS-32’s? All I see are 32-01’s on your site

Ls-32’s are in stock, we’ll check the numbers…
Moonchilde, getting quotes on LS-32 and LS-56 springs…

Awesome. Seriously, keep us posted! I will buy a set of springs as soon as you have them available!

The ā€œParadise Twistā€ will work by unscrewing the ball top and rod from the assembly and then sliding the sleeve off. The flat sides and keyed sleeve allow this to be done without having to access the bottom of the stick.

I am definitely working on springs and a few other projects.

Great. I’ve been checking this topic daily waiting for the spring announcement.

Glad to see im not the only one with that problem. Was starting to think it was just me and that I needed to replace my switches.
Also very glad to read that the new actuators are great! No more tape! =]

Any word on the 1.5lb JLF spring? I think the 1lb is too lose, but the 2lb spring I can barely move the stick eheh.

This one not a big deal, but im also trying to get a regular LS-56 spring.

We are submitting a reorder for the springs and will be including a 1.5 lb as well as a variety of LS-56 options.

And no, no more tape… Ironically I measured the average thickness of electrical tape for these actuators
