I actually had a similar issue, no lights were coming on and I did notice the adapter ends running from the cn9 on the Mad cat to the LVT3 were reverse of each other so the wires were essentially plugging in backwards on one end. I did have a spare Madcatz connector that fixed this issue. However after watching install video I did notice I didn’t have a connector, the one for he joystick was missing but I placed an order for the Sanwa JLF-H wiring and a connector.

What I did need and I’m hoping you could help. I ordered a spare connector for the balltop LED after seeing the RGB pins, could you explain the wiring for that pin, I have the four wires RED, GREEN, BLACK & BLUE. I have limited experience with this but I’m assuming the wires represent the colors and black being ground? I’m taking a guess at this and hoping to get feedback on it, looking at the pins there are three in close proximity with a space between the three pins and fourth so that the fourth is separated from he other three. Is the pin wiring for this R,G,B from bottom to top and the black on the solo pin or R,G,B from top down and black on the solo pin?

Or neither? I’ll include an image so it’s easier for me to understand if one of my guesses are wrong.

Tan, they didn’t release the new version. They’re upgrading the drivers and program within the next few days.

Tan, send me a pm with pictures of your PS4 set up, that is a bit odd. You downloaded from the arcadeupgrades.com for the drivers, you may need to manually load depending on whether you plugged the board in without drivers available.

@PorkNBeans thank you for posting the image, I will check the harnesses here also. I did not notice that problem with our testing but harnesses are hand assembled.

You are correct with the connections, we can include a .100 header with the joystick harness when we sent it out to make the connection easier.

@PorkNBeans the washers go under the PCB board between the board and the control panel.

You know what, I popped the washer on the screw as not to lose them and didn’t notice I didn’t take them off till all four were already in.

I guess now is a good time to change them now that the world knows. LOL

Also thanks for the pin header, that will help and feel free to add it.

My kid loves that chocolate by the way so I guess I’ll be ordering that soon enough as well.

Holy sht I did not know you were a surgeon, hope everything is ok for you guys over there.

Now the REAL question we need a professional answer on: How do you remove sodium buildup in the cardiac area?

@ZonbiPanda & @armi0024 you guys are friggin awesome! Thanks again for all your help, I can imagine you get a lot of tedious trouble shooting requests. Once Paradise Arcade sents out the JLF harnesses for the Joystick I will completely setup  Do you know if the the JLF RGB Shaft will work with the Clear Bat tops that recently came out?

Still, the shipping is too high… $13.15 for one joystick.

Heres the final product minus the Joystick being lit up

Looking good @xecutiv

@armi0024 Thanks to @ZonbiPanda 's help, I managed to get the LVT3 driver to function properly and am able to customize the lighting for the board. I’ll let you guys know if I stumble upon any other problems. Again, thank you guys for the awesome support!

Damn, what did you do? I tried it on four computers and installed drivers as administrator and ran the program as administrator and it won’t work on any of them.

@PorkNBeans73 Hopefully this video can help. My problem with the driver is that it is an unsigned driver and any kind of unsigned driver on Windows 7 or above made it a bit hard to allow unsigned drivers to be installed, but with the quickfix mentioned in the video, hopefully you can get it working as well.

Drivers install fine, that’s not my issue. I get the error Paradise LVT3 not found!

At first the same message showed up for me as well but I just waited for a while before I press the scan button once more and somehow I got it to work. Hopefully the same goes for you, too, dude.

Yeah, not happening I tried countless times.

Doesn’t even work on Windows 7 for me, tried it on 2 different Windows 7 machines and 2 different Windows 8 machines. Really hoping the usb slot on my board is not the culprit and screwed up, really hoping it is some kind of driver issue.

What do you see in device manager? Do you have the yellow (!) indicating a driver issue with the device or something else?

@PorkNBeans73

Is your LVT3 the new one from Paradise Arcade Shop or the original version from EVO last year?
