Don’t know if this has something to do with the shipping cost issue that I told you yesterday @armi0024 but can you also take a look to that?
I haven’t heard back from you since my last reply.

@armi0024 - Can you please check what is going on with the shipping issue from yesterday?

I haven’t heard back from you since my last reply.

@Fearless, nope shipping issue fixed tonight I believe

Already tried that, and I tried logging in at work as a control. Still the same problem, no matter what.

Got my LVT3 in the mail today just having issues programming it. Don’t have access to mini usb, but can find an adapter. However the link to the software looks like its 5 months old.

Is this still the most recent build? I didn’t see an .exe or software included to run? Any insight on setting up the board would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I picked up an LVT3 & LED shaft, great products.
I spliced the connection from the LVT3 connector to the PCB and connected the LED from the balltop there but I noticed the balltop just lights up and doesn’t follow the light pattern of the LVT3.

Is it the way I connected it that is preventing it from doing that? If so could someone show me a screenshot of where I would connect the wires from the balltop to the LVT33 board please? I’m completely new to this so appreciate the help.

@armi0024 I received an order (thanks for the chocolates), with loads of fun things to play with, and I have a question.

I’ve ordered enough cables to start playing with it, but I’d like to crimp my own Kaimana LED PCB cables (so they’re just the right length, and sleeved): could you tell me which model of connector to search for (it looks a bit like a very small Molex)?

Also, just a word about the LED driver PCB: I had ordered a board with .100" connectors, and received one with screw terminals. I know the latter is a bit more expensive, but I happen to prefer the former (cleaner to label the cables with a sticker on the .100" connector than to wrap a sticker around the cable, imho). Well, not a biggie, but worth having in mind some might actually prefer the cheaper one

They have drivers and the exe for it but I’ve been unable to get it to work on three systems running different versions of windows, I’m sure the issue is with the drivers but no matter what I do I have not been able to get the software to work. I’m hoping they release a new software module soon.

Well thats good news atleast - can you link me to the .exe and drivers? I can’t seem to find any information anywhere… I’m surprised it didn’t come with the packaging.

Sorry guys I was on call and got called in for an emergency this weekend, I will post a link tonight, we worked hard to keep adding things until the last minute. We have some new drivers and things should work just fine.

That’s awesome! Link will be here or on the website?

@PorkNBeans73 armi0024 will post on SRK, FB and our site. Just to have all bases covered. Please give him until tomorrow as something unexpected came up at the hospital today and he isn’t able to post today as planned. armi0024 is a surgeon, apparently half the hospital lost power and they are working on generators…so his day just got a bit longer! A lot of his surgeries got pushed to a later time since half the operating rooms are unuseable!

Man, I’ve had nothing but problems with this LVT3 installation… all the buttons are lighting up correctly, but only (3) of them are actually functioning/inputting with the xbox one. I tried loading up Killer Instinct and I can only get the kick buttons to input… its very strange. Anyone have an idea what would cause only a few to work? Wiring is fastended and correctly setup per the instruction video.

Do the drivers need to be installed before use? I also noticed these (2) clips are not on my card…

Did you guys that got your LVT3’s in choose a faster shipping option or something? My tracking from 6/4 still says ā€œpre-shipment info sent to USPSā€, so it’s still not in the system.

Wow! just had some hands on rescue from ZonbiPanda… he went above and beyond and helped me diagnose the problem. One of the connectors had the red & gray wires swapped, after opening the connector and switching it all is playing nice now!

@ZonbiPanda thank you for jumping in to the rescue here. I checked our sample wire kit and the wires are correct so I think they were just switched when assembled, my apologies that this slipped through.

Please use this link for the software http://arcadeupgrades.com/

There has been a great deal of upgrade done since the last release so DO NOT USE the drop box link… The new boards have specific software installed that is not compatible with the originals.

Sorry I was not around for the questions this afternoon, we literally lost power in the operating room and were doing emergency surgery on generator back up.

LVT3 software installation instructions:
disconnect the lvt3 from the pc
download the drivers and unzip the file
right click on the exe and select run as administrator
connect lvt3 to the pc
download software and unzip
run the lvt3 setup software and follow the connection directions

@armi0024 I have downloaded the appropriate files and followed these instructions and have installed and uninstalled the driver several times yet the program is still giving me the ā€œLVT3 cannot find driverā€ along with a mismatch in version message. The lights work and function well, but I cannot get to customizing them via the setup program.

Also upon connecting my Te2 to my ps4, the console doesn’t register the stick and gives me the message that there are too many USBs in use.

Thank you for your time.
