Ouch, that’s gonna hurt. If you got PS2 stick, i recommend the inpin converters from Laugh. I’ve been using it and its lagless, less than a frame probably. :tup:

So I have added a shit load of you guys but I never see any of you on and if I do you never accept my invites. What gives? What time do most of you like to play? If you dont want to join my game because you want to be the host, im fine with that.

I have played one person from this thread and it wasnt good. Here is my story that I posted in gd about it.

Last night some guy from my friends list invited me to some matches so I joined him. This dude was the super turtle. Time was of no concern for this guy. He was using honda and I was blanka. He would hit me and then just jump away. And keep jumping away until he could hit me with a ex headbutt. He would never come after me. I dont mind that and all but it got really ridiculous when we started a match and after like 15 seconds my phone rang. I was like, fuck it, I dont care if the dude beats me and I went out to the garage and answered the phone. When I came back the dude was just hanging out there, letting the timmer run down. He hit me once and just backed away into the corner. I got back inside and there was like 10 or 15 seconds left so I just moved left and when I got like 2 steps from him he did ex headbutt and walked back to the corner. time over…

This is how every match went after that. I mean after I got on the phone and back to my seat I wasnt really paying much attention and was just open to all sorts of attacks. But he would just walk off into the corner after he got just a sliver of life more than me. It was very boring.

I expect this kind of play during ranked matches or ce matches. But when someone from my friends list wants to get some matches in and they all end up like this? Come on! I can even understand the first 1 or 2 matches being like that so the friend that im playing can show his skill but all 12 matches like that?

When I get matches going on with friends I expect some fun, high risk play. I mean, its fucking player matches and there are no points to be lost if you dont win. I see enough back and forth jumping ken/ryu/akums and tapping boxers and roundhouse kicking sagats. Lets see some dope combos and wacky odd shit. something like that…

A lot of the time people invite me and I’m already playing someone else or playing people locally and am not available to play. I guess I really should do that “away” status thing (you know with the yellow clock) but I often forget, so yeah if I ever don’t accept an invite, that’s why.

i dunno about everyone else, but i just can’t sign on till 10-11pm most nights, and even then i don’t really sign on unless i was asked to play.

and as my own experience with psn friend list issue…job b will spam me with game invites nonstop. i’ll be playing with a friend and i can’t see my life bar ever. lol.

Word, do you play at any specific time? Im just on randomly during the day and I get on around 9:30 or 10 at night. I have seen that little yellow symbol next to peoples names. I never knew what it was till now. Thanks =)

masa - one of these times we will actually get some matches going on. Most of the time you invite me im not even playing, I just never turn my ps3 off. Ive started turning it off so it doesnt look like im there and people think im just ignoring them. Sorry.

gamegeezer/dantron - I just got the http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.789 and it works good I guess. Ive never used one of those inpin ones so I dont know the difference. But it was cheap as hell, it just took a freakin’ long time to get to me. thanks msytic =)

Actually I finally ordered one of the TE sticks, it should be here this week sometime. .

I might actually be able to play the game then, I’ll hit you up when that comes in and I have some free time.
