stick sucks and short wasnt responding well. I couldnt wiff short rc electricity with blanka-_- fierce kept coming out. I tauned 3 times by accident. The chairs are too low. It was chobo shit. gg though. Portal 1 did a good job running the tournament.

Shmy the $5 reg fee is to offset the cost for us to run the games on free play before, during and after the tourney. Normally that’s around a 6-8hr window where the tourney games are on free play and essentially not making money.
By the way nice meeting all the new faces that came out for the tourney. Hope to see you all at future events.

GGs to everyone at the tourney yesterday. It was interesting to fight against John B’s Chang and Sam’s Maki. 
GG’s to everyone, the tourny wasn’t that bad.
Interesting to see other peoples’ Yuns, and new faces. Tourny was ran fairly smooth except I didn’t get why at some points winners weren’t ran when they can, instead of spending time looking for the guys in the losers.
I also really wish you guys can get P360 sticks, I think I was only able to do 2/3 of what I can normally do, and I’m pretty sure that’s for everyone else too. Well other than that, everything was okay.

GG’s to the people I played. It was great seeing new faces, old faces, and the regulars. The tournament was pretty good, and I had a great time.
Too bad 3S was stuck on that small cabinet, and the Marvel heads took all the seats. X______X. Also, whoever started all that BALLLLINNN thing (Byron?!) kept on GOOOOOINNG for about an HOUUUURRR which kinda got ANNNOOOYYINNGGGG after 20 MINUUUTTTEESSS. Either way, it was still pretty damn funny.

I would like to say for the record that it was an honest mistake when I stood up too early in the third game of the set, thinking the match to be over. I’m sure it must have seemed like arrogance or an attempt at pyschological warfare, but that wasn’t the case. Credit is due to Alax for not only taking it in stride but holding it together to come back from several match points.

Thank you. I feel that she is a rewarding character that I’ve enjoyed playing for many years, but it frustrates me sometimes that I haven’t taken her to the levels I know she can reach. Your recognition helps to encourage me.
All the years I’ve played these games I’ve felt that it’s better to play using the characters that best compliment your style, rather than modifying your style to fit a character that is considered strong. Let’s all work to find our own voice in the medium of the game.

Anyways, definitely the most fun i’ve had playing games in a while. Nice meeting all of you too, and GGs to everyone i played the entire day, even though i scrubbed out in the tourney =P. Next P1 tourney, when the bar is open, its freakin’ OVERRRR >=D
But yeah, Goten, respect for what you’ve done with the place, seriously. And nice job P1 for the smooth and pleasant tourney. Now you just have to work on scoring some P-THREE SIXTIESSS or else nobody will ever be able to SUUUPERRRRR XD
Sam - Not a problem at all. I was actually about to take a stand myself after you won the 2nd match, because I wasn’t really use to playing 3/5 in the loser’s bracket. Either way, people have their reasons for doing what they do. But yeah, I didn’t find it offensive at all.
Louie - Notice that the top 4 for 3S are/were RnC regulars? We had a little ceremony a few hours before the tournament, and had our Game Sharks updated. Gotta love the CHEAATTTINNNGGG while we bust out our SUPPPERRRSSSS on those COOOOL STIIICCKKKKSSSS. 
Who needs drunken boxing? Lets have a drunken 3S side tourney next time if the bar’s open.

Good games to everyone I played. Even though the sticks really do suck. The only problems are the sticks themselves, and the the distance between the buttons and sticks. If the stick was closer to the buttons, and the stick was a 360 that shit would be hot.
As a tournament though, nice job and thanks for even running the tourney. The effort to make it happen, and go through with it is great. Thanks to the people who make the tourney happen and those that help run it. Keep it up.
