I also agree with Jarrett. Some things can’t be forgotten, but they can be let go and the whole idea of making it a “national holiday” is bullsh!t. Holidays are supposed to be the happy times, not the sad. Do you think that any of the US Presidents made a holiday for the beginning of the Holocaust or any of the World Wars?!?! I don’t think so! Bush can go fist himself for all that I care. He’s even trying to bomb Iraq because for all that time in the gulf war. That was ancient history. Plus, it was the US fault to begin with. Bombing Iraq will just make new enemies, and you know since the american people are cowards and like to bomb sh!t, we don’t want anymore enemies.
I sorry for all the people who think this is offending, especially for those patriotic americans out there, but I had to let this out.
I feel excatly what you feel, and also making 9/11 a holiday is a joke:mad: How you gonna make a holiday of people dying like that, i mean they have memorial day, to honor people who gave their lives for their country.
I know for 9/11 they darn sure not honoring the people who died in the plane’s. They never talk about those people much, i mean they had to feel horrible knowing what fate had for them.

Well, one thing I know for sure is that it should be a day that no one goes out and do anything. It should just be a day of mourning for those that lost their lives. A holiday? No. There should be a better term than that…
