I seem to be the only one who felt that more interesting characters could have been added.

I’m pretty happy with the ones that were released. Kinda strange, but the 3s characters look stronger than a lot of the cast. After watching the Ibuki vs Makoto and the Dudley vs Sagat… I don’t know if I have a set strategy against them. Especially Dudley. Cross Counter looks so cool…
I bet Cammy’s got some nice tweaks we’ll be happy with.

I’m still thinking I’m going with Cammy, but I want to explore Dudley, Juri, and Ibuki. I also have never played any other SF other than 4, and I’ve already thrown to much time into learning what little Cammy that I have learned. Unless they totally nerf her, which I highly doubt, she’ll stick with me.
AAHHH damnit. Ibuki looks so damn cool. Looks like I’ll be splitting my time between Cammy and Ibuki, and sprinkling in a little bit of Viper.

I’m looking forward to the new cast, personally. I don’t foresee myself switching mains at all. I love the way Cammy plays.
As a former 3S player,all of the characters were highly fleshed out, though none of them were simple to learn (in my opinion, anyways). Makoto, especially, took some slick execution skills, especially for her touch of death combo. Dudley took some juggle timing, and had powerful mix ups.
I don’t really feel that Ibuki hinges on Cammy’s territory so much, but I’ve only seen people play Ibuki, not played her myself. Urien was my character, and I remember just being rushed to death with Kunai and chain combos. Ibuki was a lot of cross up blitzing, rush down, and the occasional command throw if I remember correctly?
Ibuki is faster, but if true to 3S, she’ll probably be about as tissue-thin as Akuma or perhaps Chun-li in terms of vitality, which means our favorite British agent will probably be somewhat tougher. That’s just my speculation, though.
That said, if I do pick up an alt, it’s probably going to be either Dudley or Adon.
Looking at the 3s chars since I have never played 3s, sadly and some of the other chars that made it in, I am kinda worried that Cammy is going to be in big trouble if she doesn’t get some fairly major improvements in the next game. I can see t hawk and dudley being her worst nightmare already…and I am sure the others will cause her problems as well though I can’t say for certain as I have yet to play it or even know most of their moveset.
Deviljin is about to be the new justin wong - his ibuki in 3s was the greatest of all time.

Wooohoooo. I completed Cammy’s 5th hard trial today. I’m officially Blonde Arrow now. I know, it’s not much of a deal for you, but it’s a great thing for me and I wanted to share it with someone :).
Congrats! Wear those Cammy icons/titles with pride. 
my spirit is under my foots, i just cant win anymore with cammy, lost 2 g2 finals in a row, after i swithed to seth and won 2 finals in a row.
after abusing ryu and seth heavily and all their 0 risk specials , i just can play cammy anymore properly
Even though I will be hopping on the Ibuki train (seems damn near all Cammy players are), I’ll still rep Cammy and she’ll probably remain my main, or at worst, share the spot with Ibuki and Dee Jay. I’ve put in too much time to give her up completely. Plus, I doubt she won’t remain competitive; she’s pretty good as is and if she gets some buffs just to keep her up to speed with the rest of the cast, she’ll be more than fine.
The problem is, will she get buffs. We all sadly know how much Capcom gives a crap about her, the “counter-ultra” is a good sign that they have no idea what they are doing. In my case not likely to give her up completely and will probably be trying Juri and Ibuki in the next game. Never had the chance to try 3S so it’ll be very new to me but she looks fun.
Bad News! I heard that Cammy’s damage is getting nerfed in Super:(
