Just dropping by to say that AuLord is representing Cammy players for sure. I ran into him all night, and while we had a few close matches, the majority was him reading me like a book. Keep repping cammy, she has all the tools she needs!

I have a good day today, from 6000 to 7500+. in couple hours.
i won 5 tournaments in a row with cammy. Keep killing all the run away blanka, Ryu and few Gens. I feel like i’m playing run Away Fighter instead of Street Fighter.

Not many people there I goof off most of the time at 10k and am 400ish, it will be weeks before it is worth it, that is when the fun starts.
You don’t like laggy Blanka’s electricity? If I see 1 bar in the first round, anything else is 3+ only usually, I started to choose Ken and do HP shoryukens and usually win is so fun when I beat another ken like that.
When I get matches were I can’t punish correctly, it’s the only time I ever get mad at the game. So I start doing random unsafe stuff and the opponent drags me down to their level and beats me with experience ;/
I’m not sure I’ll get out of G2 quick enough using Cammy, but I’ve been dedicated to her time and again. It just seems that almost every Semi-Final and Final yields a turtle for an opponent. And for some odd reason… I’ve been seeing a lot of turtle Seths in the Final, lately. T_T
I have this nasty habit of rushing in on a turtle because I get frustrated, but the retarded thing is if I decide to be patient and wait it out… they’ll still sit there and only counter-attack, which isn’t much of a problem against Cammy’s unsafe arsenal of moves.
Daaaamn it… I’ve got a love/hate thing going on with Cammy. 
I know what you mean. In the G2 finals I’ve been getting a ton of turtling Boxers. It’s such a tough battle. The only opening I see is usually up tight, they’ll throw a few punch down low and then go for the flying headbutt thinking I’m jumping after they threw those punches. I hold my ground and then I have a chance to punish the head butt. I’ve also been trying to FA absorb the sliding punches and get some damage that way. It’s tough though. So few opportunities.
kenuran, what’s your strategy when fighting gief and balrog? im sure you played a lot of them to make it to G1. Gief vs cammy feels like 8-2 in Gief’s favor. plz help!!
Man… I had a bad session, last night. I was completely off my game with Cammy… my execution was horrible. And it didn’t help that the first 3 or 4 matches were all turtles. I was so infuriated with how things were going that I was about to get on hear and declare my parting with Cammy… and before I could… I won a Final. LOL. And not long after I won another. It’s like my execution was playing tricks on me. It was weird, I almost felt like I didn’t know how to use Cammy.
I sure hope today’s session isn’t like that. I wanna get out of G2 already, but I’m only at 6500GP. Gaaaah. A rank-up would at least be nice. Haha.
I know how you feel, there are just nights I want to just pick a different character . I made it to G1 with cammy so I’ll stick with her.
Man you can’t really find a lot of matches in G1. For some reason when I do get a match, everyone I do play against in G1 has laggy connection. In G2 I would avoid them or kick them out, but since getting matches is hard I’ll take the chance. I’ll win one here and there then lose to lag the next match.
The only person so far I’ve played in G1 without a problem is Eternal GameGod

i think there’s a LOT of good/top players who aren’t in g1 just on the fact that they don’t have the time to play champ mode, and they also have friends that are much better practice for the the limited time they have to practice.
but G1 definitely means you are decently skilled cuz making to G1 is impossible for someone who straight up sucks (i think…)
true. i think i play a lot and i dont think my 7000 gp rating portrays how good i am. i even have trouble with some 3000 gp ppl. ive also played g2a ppl and they were only ok. im happy with g2 competition either way.
btw, ive seen your vids and youre freakin awesome. its a very diff style of play from my cammy. mines more like basic, but i take advantage of those basics rather than the advanced moves i see you pull off.
I’m not sure if this is known, but it appears that Cammy’s lvl2 FA is around +1 or +2 on block, for what its worth.
So, my first matches of the day were all Cammy. Three in a row… and each one was predictably flowchart. I would have been surprised if the Final was a 4th Cammy, but it wasn’t. I’ve been seeing a bunch of Cammy players lately. o_O
Its not. Its still G2 more or less. All does getting to G1 show is that you put in time to get rack up the points. You dont really have to be very good to get there, just decent, or have some sort of playing style with a character that’s is effective against most of your opponent.
Im at 17500 GP or something and Im sick of playing against VoFam all time…
I finally got to G1 today. I think i will wait for more people to join. I have to wait 10mins in the final and there are navy of Sagat. The competition is not that much better than G2.
Same, and yes, most of them suck.
2 days and I only earned 500 more GP. G1 is really boring. I just practice stuff and play Third strike and Vampire Savior now.
