I used to be just like that sucking st the CH > ST
almost everyday i’ll just pick Vega and Sagat in training mode non stop CH > ST attempts i wouldn’t stop till i perfect and i have to tell you it work
Simple thing just do attempt after attempt in Training mode all you got to do now when i successfully land a CH im already charging before i think about to perform ST but i still have my mess ups 
Oh and just get used to the timing don’t start so close to the opponent in Tmode when just starting to perfect CH > ST it’s much easier CH from a distance.

To help you with the CH -> ST Kami;
People tell you that once you do the CH start charging back, well the first time I was told that I tried it and failed.
The thing that dosen’t get communicated too well is the fact that it needs to be an imminent input. So RIGHT after you hit that HK on the command, rush your stick to the opposite downward corner as fast as possible. It takes between two seconds for the charge to be completed so just do some timed training in your head. I could not do this to save my life but I’m a lazy player and don’t really move my hands too fast. But I got kind of pissed off and just locked Vega in the training room with Bison(Har Har) until I got it. XD
I almost do a looping command with the stick from foward, to back. It really has to be done that fast.
Just keep at it dude, and save them EXs :tup:
with Cosmic Heel > Scarlet.
the moment you input the kick for heel, go straight back to charging. Be patient, if you go too quick coming back, the Scarlet won’t come out, it is literally as they drop to about waist height from Vega that you input (Though I go on timing with muscle memory rather than visual so I may be slightly off).
I find it much easier to do on pad than stick, though this is likely that I have only just started picking stick back up.
I want to play with Guy and this new Gen. Gen’s got so many freakin Ultras. They made him the way they should have made Akuma. What happend to the thousands of Ultra’s Akuma had throughout the years. I HATE THE ULTRA HE HAS NOW!!! and the raging demon has nowhere near as much priority has it had in the past SF games. So Gen and Guy
