I’m about halfway through the intermediate guide…well, the first article. But I don’t know. I’m juggling the matchup guide with it too.

As far as i can tell you know everything there is to know about Vega, what exactly are you lacking? nothing!
you know your pokes, you know your combos, you know your gimmicks, you know your setups… Plus even you if happen to not know something (highly unlikely) its why we’re here, to help out each other so we can all level up. Isnt that why we have this Team in the first place???
if you’re having trouble doing the intermediate/advanced guide i think its pretty natural, the beginner guide should be easy to write AND read coz it only covers basic stuff.
when you advance content-wise it becomes harder (at least it should imo, otherwise its probably something more fitting in the beginner’s section).
for the Matchups, like I said in the other thread, just give me a few of them and I’ll cover them why you handle the other stuff.
you dont need to do the whole thing on your own, I’m available to help with whatever you need, and I’m sure the TV bros wont mind helping out too if its needed.
Alright. thank you hun <3 Seriously, I just wanted to try and make it understandable to people who haven’t been around too long. It’s hardto stand there and not prattle on about frames, counterhits and the like because I have to remember “These people are probably just about wrapping their heads around the concepts.”
I wouldn’t say I knew everything. If I did, I’d probably be a much better player. Part of the guide is helping me learn too, like a refresher course and then new things (matchup guide especially).
I just feel like I’m not a good enough Vega to be writing this sort of thing for people to follow.
Either Im learning the Ryu matchup, or I’m getting a lot of fail Ryu players again. shrug

I’m personally too busy playing AH3, this game is Lightyears ahead of SSf4, I tried playing that after AH3 and it just felt like a horrid slow slugfest…
also, MvC3 looks neat, x-23/Zero/Dormammu All day Baby! (at least till a true top tier team is formed)

::Edit:: Sadly, each day I start to open my eyes a little more to how ass of a game sf4 and super are compared to other fighters. The candy coated sheen of super is worn off to me.
exacta. Time to move on bud, I personally HATE ssf4 coz I got lots of gay habits out of it, like backdashing too much, mashing jabs through blockstrings and mashing DP inputs

Team Darkstalkers is badass though =D, and you dont know yet if they’re tops or not, Morrigan is really solid last I heard, same with felicia’s assists as its one of the few low hitting assists.

Assuming Lei-Lei makes the cut. There’s a possibilty her chain swing move could be an assist, making a good cover for Felicia’s meter charge. Then there’s the possibility of Morrigan’s kiss and throw assist. So much meter. So many hypers mmmm
Yeah it seems like the DS team is gonna be a pain in the ass XD
the possibilities are endless when all the cast are still looking viable, soon though there will only be like 5/6 viable teams that you’ll see in tourneys though =D
