hmmm now that i looked at it…i dont think its invincible on the way up…I still think were gonna get fireballed still on the way up or by some other moves…basically if you dont connect with the knee…your screwed…well…even when the opponent blocks it…i wonder if it still activates then?..iam thinking that most likely it will…iam pretty sure Capcom didnt have time to fiddle with these detailS…they probably said ok…lets do… this…this…and that…there were done with Vega…NEXT!
they said its invincible to all kinds of fireballs but can be hit out of with non-fireball attacks. Im too lazy to look for that post again.

There’s no reason for the cosmic heel to BHC shouldn’t work, the knee in FBA attack connects after it in IV. That’ll be a awesome setup, so many possibilities

I posted this in the other thread but I might as well post it here since its good news. The mask penalty is most likely 10% dmg as opposed to 25% now. I think my proof is pretty strong.
“Just thought Id let you guys know. It appears from the video that mask penalty is 10% extra dmg. If you look at the attack data the total dmg is 463 from 3 hits. That is obviously from dictator’s ultra. When dictator used it on ken it did 420 dmg. If you do the math thats 420/463= 10% extra dmg= mask penalty”
