The designer was brave enough to create a contrast between broad, manly shoulders and very feminine jeans/tights. Especially that red belt adds to this effect because it’s literally separating broad from thin, while showing her feminine, small waist.
The wide sleeves, the round collar, as well as the arrangement of the buttons add that finishing “traditional asian” look along with the endless black, long hair.
That’s the beauty in this outfit.
But to most people outfits really have to showcase tits, skin and whatnot to be good.

Lots of people really never realize what makes Daigo so incredibly good. His ability to feel out and condition the opponent to do something is almost unmatched. Watch Daigo’s match against VVVScrub while keeping in mind what this guy says:

Urgh, I’ve done that. Gotten used to them chucking fireballs, neutral jumped over every one, then I’ve gone for a jump forward to actually do something, eaten something like an SRK or air Tatsu to the face.
