If I buy a house on meadowlands that can accommodate 5 or 6 people, and also be used as HQ would anyone be interested for $400 a month for rent? How about $2000 for the whole house and then sublet?

You’d have to have a way to make sure everyone pays. I was lax with HQ because rent overall was dirt cheap and I gave no fucks. If you wanted to actually get your $400, you’re gonna need to do a lot of chasing.
Could do what Toronto did and rent out a storage room and do meetups there.

That’s a freaking steal because even though I’m ass at it no matter how much work I put into my Lily/partner teams, that game is still ridiculously godlike and makes me question why I never got into Tekken before.
