To clarify not saying Myles is bad by any means, this is all new ground and skill aside he’s got an easy leg up on most people. Skillwise? We’ll see in a few weeks when everyone has actually played this game for a good amount of time - this ain’t MVC2.
On a side-note, played Donkey Kong for the Wii!! Hella fun especially if u were into the Snes versions.

From what I’ve seen, it looks like ae is just as bad in terms of balance with yun and yang.
Also, from watching the marn vs nerdjosh vid, it looks like sent’s main advantage is his xfactor allyourlife combos. So he is just sitting there, until your first 2 chars dies and xfactor in. But it seems like that is exactly what pheonix’s game is as well. She is just as strong and a hell of a lot faster, plus she has 2 lives (? Unless I miss understood how her xfactor works?)
I don’t think sentinels gonna be as dominant as he was back in the day to be quite honest. I mean he is arguably worse than he was in marvel 2 while the surrounding cast is much better now. He will definitely be a force to be reckoned with, but i see his inclusion in teams reducing a bit as time goes by.
If she dies with 5 bar, then she comes back as her 2nd self.
People usually stock xfactor for her and then burn it after the transform, for extra crispy damage.

the main thing is that sentinel with assists is simply an amazing character…
You could NOT play sentinel, but the real question would be -why-?
Drones gives you amazing mixup potential…
on point, he is quite beastly with very solid keep away and good pressure…
He has double beams that hit confirm into supers from midscreen.
If you have someone with a full screen super, ie x23, wesker, Storm, or any number of castmembers, a hit with one of those beams gets sentinel out, results in 50% at least in damage…
His DHCs turn good pressure characters who don’t do as much damage but build meter into monsters.
I don’t know what else to say, he’s fantastic and we at the weaksaucemafia are happy to welcome our old friend (and nemesis) Sentinal back for MVC3.
Oh i don’t deny he is beastly at the moment, but keep in mind a character is only as good as his opponents, and at the moment we have barely scratched the surface with a lot of characters, plus dont forget that a lot of people are playing sent with experience gathered over 10 years of play, while some characters have barely gotten 10 minutes of play. Im not making any claims either way, he might be so good he gets banned, or he might plummet to be bottom, all im saying is its far far far too early to tell.
