We have occasional gathers which get posted up here. Outside of that we’ve got HQ (hopefully) opening next week on Tuesday/Thursday from 6-Midnight in the Glebe (corner of Carling/Bronson, very easy to bus to). From there we’ve got the next season of our ranbats starting in early July.

HQ Cleanup Crew - here’s the current plan for Saturday (18th):
2PM - Meet, work out the floor plan and resources, and get started
6/7PM - Should be done by then, dinner at Koreana
List of things to be done:
- Storage rooms somewhat re-organized
- Ethernet cable(s) fished to various rooms and to main area in the basement
- Basement fully dusted/vacuumed/mopped
- Furniture built/moved
- Wiring (extension cords, network cables, power bars) set up to deal with full capacity.
Ranbats will also be in the basement from now on as we will have the full basement (not just the small half on the right). This is a bit of a size downgrade however the temperature (and noise) is dramatically more manageable and it gives us a dedicated setup for what we need. If this isn’t viable (won’t really know until we try) we’ll try to get some wiggle room on this but we’ll see what happens.
We’ll need to make a trip or two to Home Hardware and probably the beer/grocery store to stock up on supplies. We’re going to be working with a small investment up front from me and Johnny for extension cords/power bars/beer/snacks. If things fall through it’s no biggy since it’s all useful and/or tasty stuff. The current plan is for these to be paid off through any revenue generated from memberships/entry fees.

Hmmm I would rather not use ill appropriated goods, but if they’re there for the taking I wouldn’t say no to some federal sponsorship!
And yeah, we’ll definitely grab the TV… just gotta find a way to get it since it won’t fit in my car.
