Technically because DC wants to make it a full 52 issues, it starts of with Week Zero that will ship one week before 51, so I guess you can pick issue Zero. Man, the number Zero in between a series? That’s too freaking confusing. They should call the issue Alpha, yeah that makes more sense…
Should we come up with a new prize? Any ideas? Anyone have some Liefeld Youngblood comics they are willing to part with? :looney:

I’m reading through Adam Strange: Planet Heist tpb. Very good so far, even though I know how it is going to end. I need to pick up those Adam Strange archives. DC really needs to publish a new LEGION series

Tomorrow what I’m going to do is create a Sticky Marvel thread and a Sticky DC thread.
This thread, I’m thinking of making it Sticky but renaming the title to a thread that discusses comics that are not Marvel or DC. So I want to know what everyone thinks about that before I do anything.
But yeah, feel free to create seperate threads on characters you like, storylines you like and so on. THEY GAVE US AN ENTIRE FORUM MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

So… DC owns Wildstorm but Ninja Scroll is not really a hero wearing tights so I’ll talk about that since I already talked about Gargoyles #3 - my favorite comic of the week BTW lol!
Ninja Scroll was cool this month. More on Tengus and how these monsters created Ninjas according to legend. J. Torres always writes great stuff.
Okay, decided to leave this one for other publishers, not Marvel or DC so if you want an open thread where you can talk about Fables, Spawn, Disney Comics (well you know about me and Duck Tales ha ha), Image, IDW, Dark Horse, Comic Strips, obviously Studio Udon and everything else here’s the place to be. Of course feel free to create seperate threads for those comics / companies or even Marvel and DC characters and storylines go ahead, it’s all good. 52 Poo Will continue in the DC thread.

On the subject of Kirkman, why aren’t more people reading Irreadeamable Ant-Man? It’s a great book, that would win more than a few SRKers with its shower peeping and almost fresh grave sexing main character. Only flaw is that the book is being collected in digest form, which is great for the wallet, but so so small.
Also Ed Brubaker’s Criminal is something you might want to peep if your burnt out on the usual Marvel and DC flare. Bru knocking it out of the parker with classic noir.
