Damage and OAG’s Taokaka is coming along quite nicely. Just wish the input delay/lag would clear up in some of those matches. I can’t reliably time the Instant Blocks on Tao’s 236A into C Fubuki for punishes when the delay is like that. Otherwise, I just got to figure out her mixup game and try to not j.B so much as it looks like Tao’s got an anti-air for it. Good stuff and way to step up your game people.
Zeal
Good Jin as always and I need to start uping my reaction times as I don’t know why I was putting myself on the defensive with your block strings with 6D. The startup frames on that is horrendous and I should have been able to CH you out of that. Same with your 5D dash cancel 2A’s since that puts you at -1f instead of jumping away like a pussy. Good spacing/zoning and good use of j.B cross ups, which I need to start working on as well. I question your combo choices though as you arn’t maximizing on the damage and opt to do odd combos like 6C, 2D, 5C,6C, DC sjc standard air combo. The timing on that is going to be rough and I think you’ll deal more damage with 2D, 5C, j.B, j.C, j.D, 214B. I really wanted to test the j.A cancel pressure strings on you guys but it just wasn’t coming together and crouch block seems to fuck with my presusure strings as j.B whiffs unless I time it late but doing that screws the rest of the distance. Anyways, good stuff and I hope I can get 1 on 1 sessions with you again.
Kombo
Those dive cancels are definitely helping out your K00n game and you should probably take more sets away from me until I get my fucking act together and start zoning and pressuring with Jin better.
Diaz
I’m surprised you put up with those random disconnects especially when it would disconnect prior to your turn or during the match itself. I don’t know if there are issues between our connections but thanks for putting up with that. We should really let you play once you are back in the room since you missed so many turns because of those disconnects.
Madstr
Try to maximize the most of your combos with Jin you let a lot of good opportunities get away. You may want to tone down the amount of throws you use as on really high level play tick throws are getting to get tech’d rather quickly. It’s just you don’t want to rely on them too much as you lose momentum when tehy tech out and Jin should be doing other things for pressure. However, since that was working on us don’t let up on the pressure until it stops working.
Nokato:
Not much to say other than keep practicing your Jin and learns those BnB’s as soon as possible. Jin can deal a lot of damage off a combo and has good pressure to land another one so just keep working at it and you should be able to up your game in no time.
Thanks for letting me be selfish and doing a best of 7 against Zeal. I left the chat room after the first set against Zeal because it was distracting with all of the messages popping up. I didn’t mean any disrespect I just wanted no distractions during that best of 7.

Playing a lot of Sengoku Basara X offline but I do try to get some SF4 games in Thursday nights Eastern whenever I can.
gg’s for sure I need to work on my combos, I think Tao is capable of amazing damage, I’ve been playing too much but not training. So I guess that’s the next step. Jin seems to be a hard match up for me. I guess it’s something I have to work on.
