OS list?

There is any Gouken OS list against every character? cannot find it.

This has been sitting for a while so I will try to assit. This is the last OS thread… it’s not a full list but here you go.

The problem with this game is you can OS just about anything, so you may just be looking for what works vs. what doesn’t. For Example, I don’t recommend OSin’g M. Bison with anything but jumping back… b/c there isn’t a solid OS for him. The other OS’ will work, but it depends on what he does, so you can OS him at your own risk.

OS- tatsu/EX Tatsu (catches most backdashes, EX beat’s a lot of reversals that have late active hit boxes), cr. roundhouse (catches most back dashers), U1 (works in some situations, but has a very slow start up), U2 (Teleporters), and Palm (mainy EX) will be the most used. OS forward grab is good on Abel, if he EX rolls through you automatically get back throw.

Never OS kongo after safe jump… it loses to reversals.

You can OS jump on characters who have specials/reversals that start late… Bison, maybe Cody’s Bingo (I have to try that one, as I normally just block it, but it does start up late. (OS EX Flip should make it whiff, I’m not sure if Gouken would be recovered in time though… so you might want to check that out).

I do need to OS a lot more.

Cody’s wake up Bingo is neutral jumpable and flippable…in most cases it seems if you flipped or jumped, you land behind in time to tech their inevitable attempt to throw you…maybe OS an ex tatsu for just such a moment? OS setup to OS setup lol.

Codys bingo is-8(-7 for ex), you really dont need to ponder how to OS it except if they have the bars to fadc. and just because 90 percent of them throw after, dont forget every other possibility.

ANyone noticed an IAT OS? I remember clearly seeing the animation from a fwd dj.hk begin but then turned into an IAT and was about to put ime aside to study it BUT then sticky went dumbshit on me.
Since right before pad and currently , only w/o meter Ive been holding hk down pianoing lk and mk during directional inputs along with releasing hk and it seems to have some OS qualities but w/o stick I cannot be 100% certain…Someone get to work and beat me to posting a vid before I get my stick…cause when I do Im going all out!!!

You’re prob just getting some neg edge effect. Technically, OS IAT would be a branch of the OS jump family tree.

Sounds interesting though… in what situations would you use it? To go for the win or the overhead?? Gouken’s follow ups after IAT and using Tatsu in the corner are BALLZ.

an IAT OS would catch things like back dashes, proabably Vegas back flips), avoid EX psycho crusher and other options of Bipson(maybe not though as the lower leg isnt as invincible as other shoto Tatsus), Abel EX Grab(maybe, the 4 recovery Landing Frames might still get you in it), pursue Fuertes EX Back run, catch back teleports and probably some other things I’m not thinking of.

Main thought is stuff that moves back or invincible stuff that has slow startup as well as back teleports.

Meh… I just rather wait to sweep the shit out of Vega. Fuerte can’t do anything but back dash or Ultra lp palm… that run shit is dead.

After command dive I believe all I tried was to IAT on hit following d.mk , I varied the timing and ended up w that lil clip…
In a couple days I’ll post some more thorough stuff ,likely w inputs
