I hooked you up and sent you like 19 friend suggestions, do not worry, just make sure you go to your account settings to regulate what you want and dont want e-mail updates on. ALSO go to the FB group and go to “Edit Settings” on the top right and disable e-mail updates…those can be annoying.

EDIT: When I’m disabling notifications in account settings, does that just disable e-mail notifications, or does it disable them within Facebook as well?
