So who else is seriously planning to go to EVO? It’s slowly creeping up on us and we should start making some plans.
I for one want to arrive on wed or thurs and leave on monday. I would prefer to have 3-4 guys in the room to cut down on costs. So anybody who is serious about going to EVO and needs a roommate, lets talk.

I can’t get us a group discount because our group is big enough. If I get the money from y’all I’m willing to put all the tickets on my card at once if possible and then Kevin or you or whoever would be the point man on getting the room.
Afaik, there are no more rooms in the Evo allotment at Caesar’s so we’re going to have to go elsewhere correct? Once we get rooms figured out tickets will be no prob for me to make sure we get there and leave on the appropriate days. I’m also in the thought of Wed-Mon or Thurs-Mon. Right now it’s looking at you, me, Kevin, and Angel as the closest to being confirmed.

Nah, probably going to go down Wednesday or something like that. Am looking at Xpedia and getting some pretty fair prices, if the evo block opens up then it’ll be sweet but the rate I calculated on Xped is 180 for wed-monday for 4
I’m down for that if you do Wed-Mon, yeah.
I’m going to wait for the evo block to open up then when that does, try to snipe a room out then set up everything else through xpedia.
What flights are you guys planning?
I’m planning on going with Southwest. I much prefer two free bags for a two hour (max) flight
If someone gets the room figured out i can give you my part in cash and if anybody finds a good deal on plane tickets let us know. right now i usually find tickets for around $240 ish.
