Mr. 5 was a paramecia as well, and he could theoretically turn himself into a living bomb. It seems that maybe she’s immune to damage from weapons she creates or turns into, but is probably not immune to opposing weaponry.
Still, that’s a bad ass Devil Fruit power, and Sanji’s going to have a heart-attack when he sees her, lol.
I also agree that Law has probably pulled the okie doke and Caesar is actually holding Monet’s heart instead of Smoker’s.
I have a feeling that although Baby-5 does have a pretty bad ass DF power, she is probably relatively weak since conventional weaponry doesn’t do shit against stronger foes.
When is the last time you saw a higher level character get taken down with bullets, bombs, etc. Once again, this is ONE PIECE. People get blown up and shot up hundreds of times, but they keep on tickin’. Even the lower level characters.
Kizaru, a man who can move at the speed of light, was afraid of being shot by Ben Beckmann.
I’m not saying that guns are all powerful, just that higher level characters still need to fear guns used by higher level people.
If I recall Kizaru ended up attacking Luffy and Law while Beckman stood there and watched. Was he bluffing or did he know Kizaru’s attacks wouldn’t hit them?

Although she’s obviously stronger than Mr.5 I think at this level her power’s “apparent strength” wirks the same way. Luffy got blown up a few times by Mr.5 and tanked it, in the same way Doflamingo easily tanked Baby 5’s attacks.
If anything, the spin guy might prove to have more resourcefulness power~wise than Baby 5.
Judging by Beckmann’s “meh” reaction he probably was ordered by Shanks not to really attack. Everything Shanks did was really a show of force, not instigating conflict.
Seastone seems to be pretty rare. Judging by it’s toughness it probably can only be manipulated once a la adamantium.
Ever since seeing Yassop I’ve pondered about their existence, they are the ultimate ballistics weaponin theory.
Since it’s indestructible the penetrating power could also counter every conventional defense, barring super strong haki, presumably.
Which just reminds me, I hope endgame Ussop will have an epic sniper king showdown with Van Auger in the future. At a minimum distance of 5 miles lol.
She can probably be hurt by strong conventional attacks like any other Paramecia- sans special defensive properties.

Well…this chapter was quite interesting, even just for the apparent diversity of Baby 5’s Paramecia powers alone. I find it interesting that her weapon powers basically seem like a combination of at least half of the Paramecia of Baroque Works between Mr. 5’s, Mr. 1’s and Miss Doublefinger’s powers due to how ambiguous “weapon” is. It might have some type of special weakness compared to those, especially if she can cause an explosion like that without apparently damaging herself and more so freely.
Regardless, I chuckled a bit at the very beginning at Frankie and the two of them just staring at each other and then Frankie suddenly opening fire.
With regards to Monet…well, shit. I’m surprised she was able to pull herself back together so quickly after Zoro mindfucked her like that. Funny how suicide missions spur people like that. I have to wonder if Doflamingo was genuinely sorry since I think this is the first time that he’s apologized to anyone and he seemed to be surprised she was going to do that in the first place.
At the very least, this should convince the more delusional people over on Arlong Park that Monet doesn’t give a damn about the children in reality.
Still, I find it odd that a Logia would be potentially killed by a poison gas bomb. Even at that range, unless heat or stairs are involved, it seems like she should be able to survive it. Maybe it’s a nuke analog and “poisonous” in the radiation way in addition to releasing a lot of heat (or stairs). Hmm…
Makes sense that it would be Monet’s heart since that’s really the only way to save any of their asses sans maybe Brook, Smoker and Franky since I don’t think Doflamingo would tell her to activate it if took out Baby 5 & Buffalo as well. Or maybe he thinks they’re already gone and on the way back with Caesar…
But, otherwise, yeah, it would have to be Monet’s heart since I’m pretty sure Caesar would notice if he got his cut out

I would bet Baby 5 doesn’t turn into a pile of guns if you were to cut her in half so I don’t think she’s a logia.
I wonder how it would work if she could turn into a bow and arrow or a weapon with some kind of mass displacement?
Spin guy’s power is kind of understated but seeing how he can spin every part of his body it might have interesting characteristics we haven’t considered.

I think your right but remember when that Steam punk dude shot her in her debut (while she was attacking Doffy), It didn’t seem to hurt her. Maybe weapons don’t hurt her seeing as she’s a weapon women, something like Mr. 5 the bomb man. He was a bomb man so Usopp’s explosives had no affect on him.

Whitebeard was pretty much already dead. Those thousand or so bullets just tipped him over the edge, but not before he made the epic speech. 
The only way Whitebeard’s death could have been better would have been A.) if he had actually managed to save Ace or B.) if a doctor would have examined his body right after death and said “Impossible, his heart stopped beating 30 minutes ago.” and shit was never explained… ever.

You know, we’ve been seeing Luffy and (especially) Zoro beast quite hard lately, but haven’t seen Sanji do that much. Hopefully he starts to get in the game soon, from the looks of things we might have to call it the Big 2 soon.

That is not enough. I wish Oda made a character that would train Sanji even further and teach him how to talk to women. I say that as a Sanji fan because we all know one of these days Zoro’s gonna get serious and that would be the end of dear Sanji.
You have to remember that at the end of the day Sanji is the ship’s cook and Zoro is the 1st mate. Those titles translate to strength and rank, remember Zoro’s sacrifice on Thriller Bark?
