Zoro did not beat Mihawk.
I donât think weâve seen what Sento is capable of. He wasnât going all out against Luffy and he âdid even have to use his axe.â Speaking of which, I look forward to seeing what he can do with that thing.
At least he acknowledges Luffyâs strength and knows that he can only be stronger after all this time.
Exactly. He already is aware that Luffy is not an enemy to take lightly, so we already know he wonât be the standard opponent who underestimates Luffy or will have his guard down.
Should make for an interesting confrontation.
In every shonen there is a reference to momotaro now that I think of it. I think that fight will test out Luffyâs strength and his new techniques. Momonga will fight Zoro most definitely we need to see Zoro fight an opponent who is an established powerhouse and a somebody of note. All the big up and coming swordsman are in the new world like Killer and X Drake.
Yeah, unless it was some bullshit sentimental reason behind it, Mihawk was still WAY to far away from where Zoro would be able to beat him and take the title of worldâs greatest swordsman in just under two years.
More likely Zoro tried to fight him, got the new scar on his eye but actually got maybe one a good hit in and cut a small piece of his coat off. Mihawk, being the competitor that he is, still let him live and now that the time is up, Zoro will travel to get stronger with the rest of the crew.
Although no doubt, the Strawhat crew is going to wreck on a few Pacifistas and Marine types before they head off to Fishman island.
Actually, I donât think Luffy is going to fight Sent right nowâŚmore than likely it wil lbe the fake who bumps into him.

no shit, since the marines are going to goto isle 46 which is right were all the fake SHâs and the people they recruited are going to gather.
Yeah, Sentomaru vs. Luffy should be interesting for reasons that white shadow stated. I doubt it will be a completely decisive battle so âearlyâ in the game, especially with an admiral maybe coming down on top of that. But who knows with Oda.
Now now, be nice Shinji.
Either way, whether Luffy fights Sentoumaru right now or not, the Strawhats are back together again, and the adventures can finally begin again. Iâd like to see who is running things now that Sengoku isnât in charge anymore.
Strawhats rarely get away cleanly, Sentomaru will see through the âMoogiwaraâsâ rouse and sense that something is amiss when some âMurphyâs lawâ scenario leads him to the right perps.
I somewhat agree wit hthat, but expect Luffy toâŚwell yeah.,âŚLuffy wonât go all out on Sent right nowâŚitâs too early for us to see âthe new limitsâ unless we are talking Luffy just destroying Sent in one gomu gomu haki powered punchâŚ

Oda has ridiculously amazing timing with his manga and anime.
The anime episode ends with Sentomaru and the Pacifista arriving at the war and there is a good chance that Sentomaru and the Pacifista will arrive at Shabondy in the manga next chapter.
Also we havenât seen all the Straw Hats together in the manga for two years. His time-skip was two years long.
I just donât believe that is coincidence.
Is the next ep where Squard makes his move?

maybe?
Seeing Mihawk in action animated was pretty cool. I noticed the emphasis they made on his keen eyesight, I wonder if Oda wanted that or the animators took their own license?
Hawkeye could have Hawk Eyes? HmmmâŚ
personally i always took his odd eyes to imply he notices all details. which helped him become the greatest swordsman around and the anime kinda implies it even more.
It was nice to also see Vista fighting. Vistaâs smile is epic. He NEVER changes expression and NEVER gets hit.
Zoro definitely needs to meet this guy down the road, a duel wouldnât be bad either.
Cause he hasâŚTEH CURLEH MUSTACHE!!!
Sorry but being a marvel player I had to say it.
