Pekoms is the Mock Turtle. It fits right in line with the Big Mom Pirates’ Alice in Wonderland theme. Poor Caribou just keeps getting owned left and right. Luffy really is gonna be in for it when Big Mom opens that booby-trapped treasure. Seems like he’s already knee-deep in it and hasn’t even reached the New World yet, lol.

I’ve always been under the impression that Bepo is a half-man, half-bear creation by use of Law’s surgical skill and Devil Fruit ability.
