There’s a tournament tomorrow in Lincoln. If you don’t want to sign up, there will still be casuals.

So its been a while since I last posted here but I wanted to make an important announcement.
Wichita will be hosting a tournament in late October and the prizes that are up for grabs are pretty good.
First off there will be a guaranteed prize pot of $50.00 for first place in SSF4 AE and UMvC3
The second been that we will be raffling off an EIGHTARC fightstick,that’s right, an eightarc.
Were already expecting attendance to be very high for this event so make sure you free up your calendars for October 27th.

Yo I dunno if this thread is active at all, but this past weekend a bunch of players from Nebraska came up to Chicago for Frosty Faustings V and I just wanted to say GGs to all of them, especially Jamarr who schooled me in KOF. It was great that you guys brought so many people from your scene, really made the tournament so much better.

… we’re mostly all on facebook now. It was definitely a fun time. I did fucking terrible mostly because I hadn’t practiced as much as I should have, but the other three guys definitely make up for it. I also have a curse of playing people in casuals and getting them first in the tournament somehow, lol…was playing with JaMarr back at the hotel and ended up playing him first in AE -__- that aside it was good to meet a few people and see some familiar faces.
I’m not sure I got to meet you, but thanks for the shout out, I’m sure we’ll be back for UFGT and hopefully some more events around the states, doubt I’ll be able to attend a whole lot of them myself, but yeah. I’m expecting more people will come around in the future! This was only a fraction!
oh and ask people to make a 3s tourney, because it’s too good not to be in one
Don’t sell yourself short, Nebraska is like an 8 hour drive from us and this was just a 1 day tourney. I think you guys matched the output of the Wisconsin scene, and they are way closer.
True true, I didn’t even consider that we spent so much time in the car haha. but yeah, hopefully you can expect us to be back out there for UFGT! I know I plan to go, not sure about everybody else yet.
