You may want to check Craig’s list too. I dont use it because I dont like the idea of having to deal with someone face to face but if it is your thing go for it.

When are we going to play some games offline man? We need to practice for this Omaha tournament and lord knows I need a ton. I’ve been watching youtube videos and reading in the forums but I need real time hands on training. I’ll probably hit training room to work on my bnb combos. Also the SSF4 AE league starts next week I am in which should definitely level me up. I was in it last season but clearly was out of my league. I didnt know anything about the game and you can only play ST style so long before you get killed.

I personally don’t want to deal with people on Craigslist. I think I might get a PVR to stream/record daily. This will be great for my buddies website www.thevirtuallygifted.com . He is always looking for SF Footage.

I will be at the tourneys, is there anyone that host games that I can get some practice with.

Date changed to August 5th due to KC tourney the next week. I might be able to go to the KC Tourney. Not too sure. Money’s tight right now.

@Chachi, need money, Stick needs to be sold. When Car Insurance rises, I have to pay the price. I did get lucky last week when I went to gamestop and it was the day NCAA Football was launched and they said that I was the lucky customer who got a free game. Pretty sweet. So instead of spending money on a game, I got a 12 month code for my acct.

It’s fine for Tekken, but trying to play SF on pad is asking for carpal tunnel.

I will be picking up a “Fightpad”, the one that Chris uses. I am also picking up the Silver Xbox 360 Controller that has the adjustable pad. They are both on sale for about 10 bucks a pop here in West Omaha Gamestop.

Nah, add SimonDontSay on XBL. He is an excellent Marvel player. I personally don’t enjoy the game, but hey whatever floats your boat.

Maybe in the fall if I come down for a Husker game we can play. Feel free to come to the Omaha tourneys.

lol i hear ya. all my pad experience came from the tekken scene, ended up deciding to play all my fighters that way.

my muscle memory is waaaaaaay off though, not like it used to be during the 5.0/DR days :frowning:

That’s one game that I wish I got into. Tekken was a game that I always enjoyed watching but never learned to play. I would need a PS3 to play on it seriously.
