Ok! So for the last two weeks at Lopez’s we’ve talked about a multi-game tournament. Lopez even mentioned a 3v3 teams battle and I love this idea.
Think storm time guys how do we want to do this?
I was throwing around the idea of getting a bunch of games and rule sets for said games throwing it in a hat and doing a first to ten wins on the games for each team. Some games could be team based 3v3 or a team could pick one member to represent them (note. The games do not have to be fighting game related they don’t even have to be video games.) So should we want this format the only question is who’s on what team? How many teams and how much for an entry fee.
This sound like a great freaking time and I’d like to get it together to do for my birthday (nov 3) so instead of a ssf4 tournament on nov4 we could meet up at lopezs or something and party. It’s kinda short notice but who’d be into it?
Teams play sounds fun. I would be down but I don’t know who Lopez is or where he lives. I could even leave my son with my wife since she will be back for 2 weeks this week for vacation. Maybe we should blind select teams as well or team captains. If not then I will be on whoevers team. I could be the wildcard, El Fuerte player. We could have random handicaps as well like chose the opponents team order or map your opponents buttons.
BTW its my sons BDay 2day.
