Lucky, I had to play SCE on the Genesis with a 3 button pad. My mom was no help as the “6-button” pad she bought us was actually a 3-button pad with an extra row of buttons for turbo.
Me too, for a while. Good thing for me, I had a little brother. He got a six button AND MK2 for his birthday. He never got to use the6 button after that:)
Thanks for the support, guys. I didn’t mean to offend the dudes older than 30, but you can kinda tell that most of the posters here are not much older than 20. It deters me a little from posting here when responses are five line-one sentence paragraphs.
To the point about starting a party for the kids, Idk because 1)I like playing SFIV with a beer in my hand, and 2)I live in a pretty small rowhouse in DC. Two TVs max can work here.
Throw that party anyway man lol. Kidding.
Most of the people that play SFIV in our area are old enough to hold beer too. As a matter of fact the last time we hung out I spent more time holding beer than playing games. Don’t worry about the demographics so much. There’s plenty of things about each individual person in the scene that not everyone will “agree with” whether it’s visually or personality wise but in the end it’s the competition and the buttons we press that really matter.
1: People don’t care about proper sentence structure or format on the internet. This really shouldn’t be a surprise, it’s amazing that people even bother to use punctuation.
2: Most of the older players actually have jobs, as opposed to students like me with classes that I can’t get through without the internet. Ugh.
Visually not in the MD/VA scene buddy we are all studs and women love us.
