Crossing my fingers for Team Hood: Doom/Taskmaster/BB Hood (even I though I have no concept of the game or how this team would work or even if 2 of the characters will make it in (especially BB). I just want a team with characters with all hoods and capes.

I realize that most matches I win , I win because I was very patient and didnt do anything flashy (read stupid). Did I mention combos are extremely easy to do in VS games. Granted it takes a bit of execution to perform the longer combos but its not SF where you have to time your attacks you can literally mash out combos most of the time. If you still think long combos are obnoxious maybe you should try keep away characters might be an easier transition for SF players since SF is just a turtle fest

I actually love grapplers in most fighting games. The grapplers in SFIV just dont click with me for some reason. I just love big soviet damage! Ill certainly try the spread of characters. Im usually suprised at who I actually like once its all said and done.

how about you go to that chicago tourney on feb. 26th and we can see if you can play without your blade. $10 MM FT5 this way it’ll feel like a tourney match first time we play each other. That way we dont already have each other figured out before hand.

Also, Julian, since mvc3 is somewhat similar to TvC I think grapplers should be pretty good.

She-Hulk is looking really good.

There is a LOT of characters that have some sort of command grab or super in MvC3.

Dormammu looks like he’s gonna be sooooo fun to use. I was watching some of his videos and I had no idea that he can do half the stuff he does!! lol

I think my team is gonna be pretty solid. Pretty much sold at this point on Wesker/Skrull/Dormammu. Unless something happens that suddenly causes them to be bottom-of-the-barrel (knock on wood…) I think I’m gonna see what I can crank out with them.

As a team they have a LOT of maneuverability, combo potential, and zoning capability. I also REEEEALLY like their assists. Certain ones will be better than others I’m sure, but so far pretty much all of them for all three characters seem really useful in a number of situations.

Plus, on top of everything else… look at 'em. Ga-head… you look at those mother fuckers, and tell me you wouldn’t shit yourself if that squad was about to roll up on dat ass. Yah kiddin ya-self son.

Imma first try to see if Thor is any decent at all.

Then try to come of with either both a good keepaway team with Deadpool/MODOK and a rush down team with Mags or Storm.

Jill is rumored to be one of the fastest characters when she is released. Cant wait.
