The automatic setup is just forward throw, dash x2, neutral jump. There’s a buffer window for the dashes, so the timing’s relatively lenient. Any setup can suffer from telegraphing your move though, so it is useful to learn to do it in multiple ways.
Just for practice first then I’ll move on to the other setups. Just need to get into the habit of doing it. I also started doing Forward Throw, Jab Roll, or Forward Throw, Crane s.Strong, Jump blah blah. Want to start including different safe jumps but just want to get the feel.

by the way the site was given to me by my friend online who is no1 gen on PC lol! while me I am no 293 gen! due to my internet and my fucking lag. besides I just started playing online with lag using gen recently. using honda is much more cheap
Looking at that site it seems to just explain gens moves and basic properties of some of his moves and supers/ultras. Nothing special.
And its update stopped at Super. I remember the site updating on transition to Super from Vanilla, but it seems to have stopped at that point. The website owner is profecery (the Japanese Gen player) btw.
