I haven’t seen the price on the first post, so can somebody fill me in on this? I don’t know if I can wait this long to get a stick with HD Remix coming out next week. All thanks in advance.

Is that the tournament edition we are seeing three different face plates of? I notice the all grey black art one seems to be the FightStick. So then the red art and 2 images with multiple characters are the FightStick TE, at least at the time the images were taken? ( I realize being prototypes, things may have changed). Is one of those images the final version?

There are no images of the final versions online anywhere, soon though. Everything has been submitted to retailers (GameStop) for preorder/presales. So expect something online soon.
Does this mean we’re able to preorder at Gamestop currently, or that we should be able to shortly?
Guess no hope for us Canadians, unless EB games is owned by GameStop and EB is willing to take preorders.
O well, I guess I’ll have to pre-order online when I find someone with a credit-card.

Damn, I want these sticks, I tried to pre order them today or atleast find out the status of these sticks at my local gamestop and they were like ??? Kinda awkward when u know more about games/game related stuff than the workers and u just stand there like uhhh nvm LOL.
This is on behalf of a friend of mine, he wants to get one of these sticks and wanted me to ask this: “If I decide to wait a little while after these sticks are released so I can read reviews on it, would it be kinda hard to get one from either gamestop or mad catz online store?”

SnakeEyes, tell your friend… There’s no way for us to tell, we might be able to get an estimate from preorders, but as of right now, theres no way we can tell how long we’ll have these items on store shelves.
And, I’ll post here once preorders are up.
odd… i was able to pre-order the stick today. but i think they bullshitted me and had really put it on the game. i’m going to call another friend later and see if they really do have pre-orders or not. otherwise, someones gonna get their head knocked off.
I couldn’t find this in the thread after looking back a few pages. Is gamestop the only retailer selling these things, or just the most prominent one?
That makes sense, thanks. Oh well, if he doesn’t get one, too bad for him, I’m telling him to pre order one ASAP but he’s stubborn. I’ll just gloat in his face when I get mine

It ended up being a lot about things we love, SF and arcade sticks… entertaining read.
That’s all I have to say.
Some recomendations from me would be.
Being able to switch joystick, ball or bat.
Smaller sizes.
Easy to mod.
Durable and changable plates.
