I had come up with a really good way of doing Rogue ages ago.

Give all her moves a Charge and Circular command both at the same time. IE her rushing punch attack would be both BF+P and QCF+P.

When she steals moves, all of the stealable moves of her target overwite her existing moves. So if she kisses Ryu she gets her moveset overwritten with Hadouken, Shoryuken, Tatsu, and his Supers. Note she still has her charge versions of her moves. If she steals from another character with circular motions (ie Wolverine) then his moves overwrite Ryu’s. If she copies a Charge character then she gets her charge moves overwritten.

Can only steal moves which are powers or skills, not weapons and armor based. IE she cannot steal Taskmaster’s Arrows or Sentinel’s abilities. From characters she cannot steal anything from, she gets nothing at all. Part of the problem in developing her in MVC2 was how to explain her copying Iron Man, Sentinel, etc. Just have her not drain their powers at all. The other part was a matter of having to draw a whole bunch of new animations for her. Because this game uses 3D modelling, this is a lot easier.
Also for DLC ; Marvel Zombie and Ultimates costumes.

Strider and Phoenix Wright were both top 3 requested on the Capcom side and got in.
Dr. Strange was top 5 and got in as well, (iirc Vergil was top 10 as well)
It was also stated that fan support got Strider in UMvC3, doing nothing will get us nothing, the least we can do is try.
