3.90 onwards.

So, anyone has the ingredients ready yet?

Any updates on FBAPSP CPS-3 Emulation? As much as I love playing 3rd strike in slow mo I’d love to see a more optimized version.

And a customizable button layout wouldn’t hurt, either.

How much is that shit in dollars, and are there any american sites that have it?

I;m looking forward to the 5.0 FW update like Halo 4, and I can see myself buying Monster Hunter Unite launch day…thank god for TGS

If you google the product name you’ll find one or two more sites that have it. Mine is already en-route.

8GB ms produo recently dropped in price.

It also works well on the psp with no lag in games.

Anyone else been playing N+? It’s a simple game (especially the production values) but it’s like playing through the tough parts of a 16-bit platformer. Remember staying up all night, wasting all your lives trying to figure out how to cross a pitfall or deadly obstacle? That’s what the game’s all about and it’s pretty addictive. It’s not a ā€˜must buy’ but it’s a ā€˜shouldn’t miss’.

It’s too bad there aren’t more 2D games for PSP, considering how well the system handles those types of games.

I’ve been playing it; simple, but amazing platformer.

People have been talking mad shit about it, but I don’t wanna play it and support the transformation of the PSP into the DS; full of gimmick games with no meat on them…

Is there anything I can install on it without having a custom firmware?
Just kinda curious, I don’t want to install anything major I’m just looking for ways to make it spiffy.

That game is pretty fun. (I dled what I thought was a demo due to the small size…turns out it’s the whole game…Whoops!) It’s mindless, but not some stupid game like those DS braintrainers. Imagine if Pac-Man was a ninja, and the stages had gravity, and diagonals, and sentries and bombs instead of ghosts. This shit’s mindless, but very, very fun.

Uhhh… my bet would be that you can’t. Unless you’re at 1.50 or at an early version with eLoader support.

In other news, PSP Brite has been released in some places ahead of time (It’s been on sale since Friday on Spain!), and it looks like it has a heavily protected motherboard, so no CFWs on it right now.

Personal Thought: I think that the Pandora paranoia has been so big for Sony in the last months, that they forgot the old school approaches to install CFW on a PSP, and that will be Brite’s doom.

You can install custom themes without custom firmware, from what I hear.

yeah, that’s been an official feature for a bit now…

PSP official firmware 5.00 (tons of features including, finally, PSN Store native access) is out. But you know…

Thanks for the tip! There’s a fry’s around me so I just went and picked up in store and it works great!

… A party ain’t a party till dat CFW drops!

Apparently dark-alex.org AND the Network Update is down.

And as per usual expect a couple bugs (POPS supposedly doesn’t work yet) and a CFW 5.00 M33-2 in the future…

so what version do think is the best cfw for now?

I’d hold off on 5.00 M33 right now for practical use (if you’re just testing it out, go for it, at your own risk) and keep 4.01 M33. POPS is not functional right now, and after 3.71, there’s been bugs and brick risks with the first release of M33 CFW.
